Just as good as the name brands
My daughter goes to an outdoors school and needed a hiking backpack, which are typically way expensive. I was so happy to find this one. It’s been a couple months and it has held up very well, I’d argue even better than some of the name brand ones I’ve seen the other kids have. She loves the color, it holds all she needs it to, and it fits her perfectly.

Sturdy bag! Perfect size for young children.
Perfect size backpack for my 5 year old. I bought this for my daughter to use for summer outdoor camp. She needed a backpack that she could carry on her own that would hold her water bottle, lunch, snacks, swimsuit and towel, and change of clothes, while hiking through the woods. This bag is small but everything fit perfectly. Held up to multiple washings (some sessions we had to wash every day) and air dried quickly so it was always ready by the next morning. Since camp ended we have used it for plane flights and local hikes. almost a year later and still looks good.

This little pack is PERFECT, I bought 3 of them, for my 3 kids and I end up stealing one of them for my bike rides ahaha they’re fantastic for children and for adults that are child sized.

Great size for hiking
Bought this for my 9 year old son to take on hikes. It is great for that purpose. Just the right size. I’m petite and I can also wear it. Nice amount of pockets. Lightweight. Waterproof pouch.Bumped it down to 4 stars because it took 3 orders to get a good one. First one the zipper was broken. Second one had a terrible smell (overpowering perfumy scent), but I think that had something to do with a package it was shipped with and not the manufacturer. Third time was the charm and hopefully it holds up over time.

Perfect for travel
We used this as an flight carry-on my for my 7 year old. It was the perfect size. The buckle helped it stay on as we hustled through the airport. We attached his neck pillow to the elastic straps (moved up to the higher one after the picture). It was large enough for a coloring book, notebook, crayons, water, snacks and a few small toys and it fit under the airplane seat perfectly. Material quality and zipper seem good enough to last for some time. It might be a little small for a school bookbag, but it’s good for preschool, hiking or travel!

Broken Zipper Almost Immediately
I bought one for my daughter and one for my son mainly for hiking since they’re at the age they can carry their own snacks, water, etc. My son’s zipper malfunctioned within one month of very minimal use, which is pretty disappointing because I had high hopes for it. The size is perfect for my kids (4 and 6 years old), and I love all the pockets, including the one for a hydration bladder. The broken zipper is a big bummer because it’s not even usable anymore. I can’t recommend this backpack based on the zipper quality.
