Great Product for the value
I rarely review an item, however the reviews on this product are so contrasting I wanted to possibly settle the debacle. I am a young professional and work in a cubicle. I bought it for my desk, and it is exactly what I was looking for. REMEMBER this is a $7 product, in which you receive a hoop, 2 balls, and a pump… the deal alone is incredible. Yes it’s not NBA quality by any means, but the reviews that are blasting it for quality aren’t fair… this is an incredibly fun little toy for an OFFICE. Like some of the other reviews suggest, I did cut off the suction cups to mount it on my Flipper Doors above my work-surface, and I used a dab of superglue at the rim so it was sturdy (it folds flat for packaging and transport) obviously I don’t need it transported any further so I permanently fixed it in place. I am quite pleased with it and hope this review can clear up the confusion between the contrast in reviews.

Super cute!
The little basketballs are adorable and it comes with a pump and that little thing is strong. The suction wouldn’t work on our bathroom tile but it stuck to tub and it worked good there, just would’ve preferred it be up higher. But other than that my son love it!!!

Cheap but does the trick
If you’re planning on giving this as a gift, don’t. The packaging that contains it is really cheap looking. Like you just fished it out of a cereal box. Clear plastic bag with no product information, logo, or anything. Giving this to my niece wrapped-up nicely in Christmas wrap felt like an insult to her feeble 3 year old concept of what “is.” Seriously, it looks like it came previously owned, shipped in a non-ZipLock sandwich bag. Don’t wrap it… just hand it to them like the day before or strategically leave it laying on the floor somewhere.Ball quality was surprisingly decent. Felt like relatively decent rubber. Suction cups were misshapen and potentially unable to affix to the wall (I never saw the hoop in action). The usual “this came from somewhere that has questionable product safety standards” odor was included. Smelled flammable, but after joking with my brother, we tested this theory and found that the substance that causes the odor is indeed not flammable. Balls to melt quite easily though.

Surprisingly awesome?
I am finding myself writing a lengthy, glowing review of a product currently listed as “Toilet Basketball”…While I can imagine this would provide minutes of toilet-fun if used in that way, I’ve got it stuck to the window in my office instead. I was too lazy to do any of the installation recommendations (wiping the surface with alcohol swab, moistening the suction cups, etc), and instead just slapped it on the window, and it’s stuck amazingly well even with a visiting child throwing the included basketball at it for 2 hours. If you’re trying to stick it to a wall, it probably won’t stick as well – in that case, I’d probably just take the suction cups off and use some command strips instead.The mini basketballs included are nice and bouncy, inflated easily with the included pump, and are properly sized for the hoop so you stand a chance of a swish every now and then. They’re suuuuper neon orange, which is kind of weird but is helpful in locating them when you miss and they go flying off somewhere, so there’s that. Despite the “Slam Dunk” written on the backboard, I really wouldn’t try to dunk on this thing – it’s a plastic flip-up rim so I’m sure it’d break easily that way.Overall, I can attest that it 1) sticks well to windows, 2) holds up to light use, and 3) is fun.

Does the job. Small yet effective. Comes with 2 small sized (different sized) balls to shoot the hoop with.
