DOA and I Don’t Want Another
This product doesn’t work. My model soundbar is listed and it is supposed to work out of the box, no pairing needed. It does nothing. I purchased it as a SECOND remote for a working soundbar with a working original remote. Can’t give zero stars but I would. BTW, the battery compartment terminals are labeled backward from normal convention, but it doesn’t work with the batteries in reversed or as marked. Sending back for credit.

So far there hasn’t been any problems with the remote. It operates just as good as the OEM unit did. The buttons were responsive and firm feeling. No issues!
