Some say the ball return isn’t strong. I have no problem having it sent back 6-8′ on a very low pile rug.I just wished it had the outline of a standard hole. Even better if it had raised bump at the edges of that hold so you can tell when you just missed it.

Got it as a Christmas present and I love it
I have it in my living room and I practice my putting as a way to relax especially during the winter months. It works great. Battery operated so it’s easy to move around. It shoots the ball back to you with enough power . I am really enjoying it

Quality Crapshoot
It works great when it works. I had my first one for about a year and it finally went dead, no power. I recently bought another one and it lasted about 2 months and then the kickback mechanism broke.

Putting machine didn’t hold up with light use
After using this machine very rarely over 4 plus years, the return plunger will not push the ball more than a foot or two. Fresh batteries did not help; just very anemic. Wouldn’t recommend this at all – nothing but plastic parts that wear out after a few hours of use.
