Did I watch TV wrong or something?
I bought this because I usually fall asleep with my old 55 from 2009 running The Office and I wanted to upgrade after 15 years. Well night one, been watching it all day, no issues, Fell asleep to the office as I normally do. It was off when I woke up, usually the apps have a shut down and my fire stick goes to sleep after being back at home for more than an hour. Well, I went to turn it on to watch the news. Nothing. No light, no power. Okay, press the button to turn on, and nothing. Unplugged re plugged, nothing. Okay well now i have a black screen and no power. 15 hours of Tv. My old tv still works. 15 years of TV! YEARS!!! DAY ONE! DEAD! maybe its me…

None of the screws were tightened in the back. I had to tighten them and still some fell out after I set it up.

Stand B is not included
Got the product and realized that stand A is available in the box but stand B is not in the box. Please care for it ASAP, can’t use the TV.

Terrible remote ergonomics
Very cumbersome to navigate the remote. Bought the upgraded voice remote, it’s worse!

WTH LG?
I could have purchased any 75″ screen TV but LG has a solid reputation so I purchased this one. I use DirecTV Streaming for watching TV and LG doesn’t make the app available on their TVs. Samsung does. Sanyo does. Roku does.Considering returning the 3 LG TVs I bought because that app should be native and LG refuses to enable it, likely because they wouldn’t be making money from having the app. No customer centricity on their part.

When it updated something happened and we can not get into it to add purchased channels. Great picture and sound. Nice looking
