The part that threw me and I can’t let go of is the part where he pulls out a bottle of vodka but then Immediately reads that he makes a Manhattan. I mean what? Needs a proof reader for sure. Saw a couple more baubles. I did like the story but too long.

I absolutely LOVED Noah and Margo’s story! I loved that the majority of the conflicts that came up they actually talked through and used clear and honest communication. I didn’t even mind the major conflict that tore them apart towards the end because it eventually was what further solidified their bond/trust/relationship/love in the end. And that only happened because they made a point to communicate and put their relationship and each other above anyone or anything else. They simply stood as a united front… as One!It’s refreshing to not have to read constant conflict that’s always letting petty, stupid, insecure misunderstandings keep the couple apart frequently. 🙄I thoroughly enjoyed Noah and Margo’s story. It’s quickly becoming one of my top favorites. And it will DEFINITELY be a frequent re-read. 🩷😁📚

Awesome Book!!!
I really enjoyed reading Offside Hearts(Love and Hockey Book 1)!!! All about Margo a social media guru & Noah Blake is the Star Center for Denver Aces. They meet in an elevator that stops between floors for several hours. He calms her down by soothingly talking and holding her tight while she hyperventilates, eventually calming down enough to talk, after having the most exquisite pleasure standing up and shaking in the arms of a stranger. Eventually the fire fighters get them out, one by one and escort them out of the building. But outside is chaos and neither can find the other, so they both leave. Read about Margo & Noah as they navigate life working for the same NHL Team, unbeknownst to either of them. Lots of emotion and plenty of toe curling does occur. Definite Read, can’t wait to read book two!!!!

The spice was spicy but the story itself was kinda meh. There was no real conflict or drama til 75% in. So it was getting kinda boring on the way to all that. I love he falls first kinda books but this one needed just a tad bit more something to it.
