Overall a great product
I think everything about this DVD is well done. The music is not overwhelming. Anastasia’s narration is never irritating and contains really helpful information about each pose, how it should be executed, and the benfits it has for your tennis game.Flexibility is a big part of being a good tennis player and this practice will no doubt help improve it.Yoga is also excellent for improving core strength. Core strength is critical for maintaining balance on the court and for injury prevention. Thanks Anastasia!

Massage made easier with tennis yoga
What a great way to get ready for tennis,or massage. As a massage therapist, andformer tennis player, this was perfect.I would encourage anyone learning to domassage, or stretching before performingmassage, to do a few yoga stretches. It really works. Thanks, Anastasia

so-so instruction, OK exercises
The exercises are OK for tennis but the instruction is only so-so. I found some of the exercises too hard and some too easy and the stated modifications were not very understandable.

Anastasia is only average
I like how throughout the video, Anastasia notes which aspects of tennis can be improved by doing the specific poses she demonstrates. I also like that the video takes place at the beach, as the sound of the ocean is very relaxing. However, as petty as it may sound, her voice and the way she draws out each syllable as she counts, “In-ha-le onnne, ex-hale, in-ha-le twooo, ex-hale”, is very annoying. Also, she holds some of the easy poses for too long and doesn’t hold some of the more challenging ones for long enough. It’s still worth buying though since overall it’s a fairly good workout. There are some stretches that feel really good, especially if you pop this video in after playing tennis. I still think that there are better yoga tennis videos out there though and that Anastasia is only average.

Not for beginners.
This dvd might be great for someone with some yoga experience, or maybe a tennis player who is already in really good shape. Some of the poses are really hard, and there are no instructions to tell you how to do them correctly.

Amazing!
I love everything about this video: how well-made it is, the sequences, and of course Anastasia. I don’t play tennis and I got it to enhance my yoga DVD collection. I ended up doing this dvd workout on a daily basis. My back pain is completely gone and I feel so much better overall. Definitely recommend!
