Works as intended, unfortunately if you have many games, you have to make sure they’re compatible with external storage, but that is not a problem of the product. It is very portable and registers easily. Gaming is made easy as it stores your saves without lag or delay.

I bought three 2 TB for XBox Series X. Perfect plug and play. Plugged it in, turned on the XBox, checked System/Storage and the additional storage was available (it’s an actual 1.8 TB usable space). I changed a couple of settings so I would be prompted to “Let XBox decide”.

It works as expected
It’s a Game Drive that can work on Xbox, PC and PlayStation. I’m currently using for my PS5 that’s shown in the picture. The drive itself is very light weight. I would make sure you give it plenty of space by your game console. The cord it comes with is a Micro USB 3.0 and it is a good wire but it is short. Transfer speed is great and it is fast. Downloading the games from the Internet took me the whole day just to put on the drive but I was ok with that because I did have a big list of games that I wanted to put on this drive. Do note that this only works for only Xbox One / PS4 games only, don’t expect PS5 or Series X games to go on here. It does feel very reliable, it does heat a bit when downloading or running games but it’s not to the level of Overheating. It is very easy to use and the connection is very fast. You are using USB 3.0 with the next gen feature on it to make it run fast. I have not experience any data losses on it so it seems very promising. Overall I would recommend picking this one up and it is very promising. It does come with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for one month so that is a nice bonus. Always make sure to register your product to Seagate to get that warranty if something does go wrong. Anyways that’s it, it’s a decent Game drive.

Quality great but pricey
Not much to tell it’s a 2TB expansion for the Xbox works right away out of the box, easy to install and has been working flawlessly. Only problem is the price. I hope Micro soft for the next console let’s us just install a drive into the console like the PS5 or at least create an adapter we can use for NVMe SSDs. Other benefit is if you have multiple xbox across the house easy to unplug from one room and move to the other.

Portable so you can take it with you on the go and plug into other S/X consoles 🙂 Sure; it’s pricy (but what isnt now days that is quality made…) Just buy it and be happy! 🙂

Does what is suppose to do….but….
My last storage HDD went broke so had to buy a new one. It does what it suppose to do (just like the last one), store games in it.Only peeve is the you’re not able to play some of the newer games from the game drive, only from the console’s internal storage drive. The console’s internal drive 1TB is small for newer games. Games like Modern Warfare 2&3 takes up the majority of the storage and you have to transfer games to & fro into the designated storage drives. Not sure if it’s Microsoft’s fault for a small storage or the game developer’s fault that the game takes up so much space.

Gamertag- SJR51GAMEROk so 1st thing is don’t get 1tb version , get 512gb or 2tb , as many on YouTubers have done transfer speed tests noted that 1tb is not able to reach 6Gbps transfer speed like the other 2 cards from Seagate as they are the newer versions . So I got the 2TB card.Yeah it’s expansive but it’s not suited for everyone. The thing is that this is not a storage solution , there are cheaper options available to solve your storage issue. Usb 3.0 hdd could provide you with reliable storage solution for way cheaper price. Transfer speed would range between 60-90 mb/s (as xbox shows approx 600-900 Mbps) Any kind of ssd which connects to xbox via usb will give transfer speed of max 1.5Gbps. At this option it reaches the usb speed limit (if I’m correct).The Xbox storage expression cards is only for those who value time more over everything else. So basically it’s for those who can’t wait for the transfer to complete and then play the game. Like those who get just a little time to play games but have a lot of games and want the freedom to play the game they feel like playing right then and there.I have an old Seagate 2TB hdd that I used since Xbox One. It still works perfectly but as I get older I don’t get much time to play games and so I don’t want to spend the little time I get to play in waiting for the game to complete the transfer of the game from external to internal storage as the games now days are getting bigger and bigger. So instead of waiting I choose to get the card and just keep the games in the card and play directly from the card.Now I don’t store games in the internal storage just to be safe and keep everything at one place.Features1. ممتاز و سريع بنقل الألعاب و تقدر تلعب الألعاب المحسنه عكس ذاكرة الخارجية الي تجيك رخيص. المشكلة سعره غالي على ٢ تيرا لو كان ٣ تيرا كان مقنع اكثر. و اتمنى في الجيل الجديد القادم من الأجهزة ان الذاكرة هذا تشغل بنفس الكفائة جيل القادم

Excelente producto, el tiempo estimado fue un poco largo pero llego en el día mencionado, muy pequeña pero muy practica, diseño elegante, y mas que funcional para lo que se necesita, al tener un Xbox Series S batallaba mucho con el almacenamiento, esta tarjeta prácticamente me libro de eso ya que me permite una gran cantidad de juegos instalados y que se pueden correr al instante, hace mucho que no he tenido que desinstalar un juego para instalar otro, el precio si es algo elevado, pero cumple a la perfección con lo que ofrece.

So far this is the best LITTLE (omg this thing looks sooo tiny next to my giant Xbox One, and even looks small compared to the Series S) hard drive for gaming I have ever owned. The 4TB is plenty to backup most of my games, and it is fast enough to play my Xbox One and a few Series S/X games from this drive itself without having to install them on an internal drive.
