I have the same machine that I purchased new. I really love this laptop and when it failed a few weeks ago I really felt sad. I went onto Amazon and found this store who sold refurbished laptops. I found the exact machine that failed on me but this one had the larger storage and the i7 Core. It has worked better than the former and also has significant upgrades. Contacted BuySpry prior to purchasing Excellent Renewed Condition 2017 MacBook Pro 15 inch – 3.1 Ghz – 1Tb SSD – 16Gb Ram through Amazon Renewed and confirmed via Phone Call with BuySpry Representative there was an issue with Wrong Power Adapters Being Sent Out and was told if it occurred the specific person of which whom I had an extension would make things right and make sure the correct one was shipped out.I then called the Specific BuySpry Representative I had previously spoken with and which point I was informed that the wrong power adapter shipped with the MacBook Pro was an Amazon Problem.8-10 Hrs on the Phone with Apple Technical Support – Senior Level Advisor, and BuySpry, and Amazon Leads this Past Week.Per Apple Senior Advisor within Technical Support who remotely logged into my MacBook Pro just purchased through Amazon Renewed and BuySpry the seller: I was informed that Battery Cycle Count starts from 0 and goes up. The Battery of this current MacBook is at 35% of Original Battery Life. Furthermore, I was informed that Battery Cycle Count starts from 0 and goes up.This means I either have to return this one or drive 80 to 90 minutes to the Apple Store and either leave the MacBook Pro with them. Or have the Apple Store order the battery and return once the battery arrives at the store and set up a time to coordinate to have the Battery Installed. Or have it shipped to Apple and be without my MacBook for at least 3 to 7 Business Days.Please Note: MacBook Pro Battery Replacement is $200 through Apple not including Shipping if being sent them.The cost will be $285 through a Certified Apple Service Provider as they pay the same $200 price and charge for Labor.Furthermore: 80% Charge Capacity can occur at 950 Battery Cycle Count and will only hold charge for 3 or less for example and undoubtedly requires a new battery.80% Charge Capacity can occur at 200 vs 500 vs 800 Battery cycle count which equates to Long Ability to Hold Charge vs Middle of the Road Ability to Hold Charge vs Minimal Ability to Hold Charge.At the end of the day the Seller cannot Guarantee that I will be receiving a Battery that is 80% of Original Battery Life – nor that I will receive the correct adapter.Sadly this is one of the Worst Experiences in terms of Purchase through Amazon Prime in 12+ years and as much as I would like to order from BuySpry – they themselves have shared the onus is upon Amazon’s Warehouse to make sure the correct MacBooks and Adapters are being sent out to the customers which Amazon Lead/Supervisor explained is not an accurate statement.I will most likely return this MacBook Pro and find an Apple Certified Reseller that ensures new Authentic Apple Batteries are being placed in their Renewed MacBooks.Please Be Aware and Make Sure- Verify – Verify -Verify by written documentation via seller’s description or Correspondence with the Seller via Amazon Messaging that the MacBook Pro being purchased under Amazon Renewed has both 80% of Original Battery Life and Holds 80% Full Charge Capacity.

Pleasantly surprised
I was a little reluctant to to purchase an Amazon “renewed” product. It’s not something that I would normally do but, this was a pretty good deal. I purchased a 2017 MacBook Pro 15 3.1ghz, 16gb memory and 1 TB SSD.The MacBook Pro arrived and it is hard to find any wear at all. The battery was even in better shape than what I thought it would be. With only a 158 cycle counts, this battery has a lot of life in it.The only negative on the purchase was the charger looked pretty roughed up and the USB-C cable looked like it had been nibbled on by a cat or puppy. No biggie as I had planned on buying new ones anyway since the description stated that it would come with a generic charger.

You should think twice about rolling the dice with this seller. Here is a fair, factual review of my experience:I purchased this MacBook for $1,600 less than 2 years ago and ever since I got it, it had a faulty battery and now does not reliably charge or turn on.I took it to my local Apple store and paid $200 to replace the battery. It still didn’t work properly. Multiple senior Apple experts looked at it over several weeks and ran diagnostics and said they had never seen the problem before. The battery is fine but apparently there is an issue with the charging ports that no one can understand. After 5 trips to the Apple store, my laptop still won’t turn on or charge for weeks at a time.I reached out to the seller twice a while back about my experience and never got any response back – completely unacceptable.I advise people to not roll the dice with this seller, USA Macs, LLC, because God forbid if anything goes wrong with your used Apple product, they will not move to help you.

Would give this five stars but the ‘8’ button requires a ‘bang’ sometimes for the 8 to pop up on the screen. fortunately, I use it for music, and not work so I will take that L on the 8 key. However, this machine seems to be brand new and either never used despite being a 2017 model – not one single scratch anywhere, no signs of use, on keys or screen – Downsides is it seems to get warm quickly including the touch bar is warm to touch after awhile and sometimes the touch bar goes dark and requires a restart to show up again. Not sure why this happens I’ve had it for 3 weeks maybe its low battery…regardless I feel like this is a great deal

El equipo llega en una caja genérica con el cable y cargador. Al abrirla lo primero que noté fue que la tecla Delete está despegada. Llega con 0% de carga por lo cual al realizar la primer carga noto que las entradas tipo C se encuentran flojas y es difícil que el cable haga bien contacto para cargar la batería. Ya con el equipo encendido el touchpad se siente duro, no hace bien contacto y se tiene que forzar para que logre hacer click. El teclado también se siente aplastado, varias teclas no hacen bien contacto o se quedan pegadas. En todo lo demás el equipo parece estar bien. Realizaré la devolución ya que el cambio de teclado será bastante costoso, prefiero mejor gastar ese dinero en otro equipo nuevo con garantía

La compre en Junio y no la había estado usando frecuentemente por que estaba trabajando en otra, pero ahora que ya comencé a utilizarla mas seguido, me doy cuenta que la batería ya no carga. Se quedo en 1% y de ahí ya no sube. Ahora la tengo que utilizar con el cable de luz. La verdad es que muy mala compra.La voy a llevar a servicio a ver que es lo que tiene.
