Good combo of strings. As a 31 years old tennis player who played some when I was young, The Natural gut feels great and the Rough gives the nice grip of the ball.I did like the Duo power better.

These are the best strings I can find
Since I string my own 4 tennis rackets with a Gamma X-6 now, I can subtract the cost (and wait) of the stringing from the price of the strings. I don’t search the earth for strings but so far these are really nice for power and control. Good on the elbow too. They don’t last all that long–maybe 2 months. I’m not a string breaker and I play 3-4 a week, usually about 1.5-2.5 hours. When these strings give out it is obvious–hence the 4/5 on durability. So this is my system for dealing with playing with “expensive” strings at a reasonable cost. I hope this comment helps you with your tennis life!

Control and Power
The string is definitely worth the price. I put the guts as mains and the Luxilions as crosses. I strung about 58 lbs. the control is great. I’m allowed to put the ball where I want it with pace and spin. The durability is great. It gives a nice pop when struck well. Pricey but worth it and will buy again.

Great spin and power
Gut in mains 54/51 Wilson 95s 18 x 16. Great spin and power, no shock or harshness, nice feel on volleys. Easy does it on swinging volleys or when running up for a short ball close to net…power. If I don’t follow through properly on groundstrokes it will fly long. If I do follow through properly, I get a deep shot with good topspin that keeps it inside the lines. Comparing it to Luxilon 4g, Technifiber HDX, RPM Blast and Y-tex Quadro Twist, it has equal or more spin (when I swing properly) than any of these and noticeably more than HDX. But, I can swing much easier to get the same pace and depth. When you really catch one with a full, hard swing (rare for me) it probably won’t come back.

Awesome strings.
Awesome pop, easy on the arm, good bite for volleys and underspin, but hitting too flat will send the ball halfway up the back wall. I strung my second set a little tighter to deaden the trampoline effect a bit.

Five Stars
Nice response but expensive.Update: Easier on my elbow and has some spin to it too. I think its worth it.

Great combo of strings for power and control
Great string set for comfortability,Power and spin. Love it, easy on the arm but key for great slice and topspin

Unmatched playability and feel
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the price point and the lack of longevity of these strings. I understand the nature of natural gut strings and can live with their short life span. If you are an older player using poly strings you should consider making the switch for the sake of your playing arm. You will not find a more comfortable string nor will you find a more playable string. Gut mains at 60#, Luxilon crosses at 54#, still great elasticity and tension maintenance.

Excelentes cuerdas presentadas en una combinación muy buena, ya sea que las cuerdas naturales se utilicen en el sentido horizontal o en el vertical, que es el que yo uso.

Love them and I haven’t broken one after over a month of daily play!

Superb set of strings, flying pure powered shots from the raquet, just broke them quickly, faster than expected, for the Durability feature they are supposed to have. Play time, 1,5 months, 2-3 x weekly.
