The shirts are good for most activities but not for Pilates reformer work. There are some exercises that require a body lift that results in the back opening and exposing most of your back and front.

Cute shirt
This shirt is cute and comfortable, fitting on the looser/larger side. It was a good layer to wear for running, but in my pilates class we did a down dog and the shirt fell down over my head, so this is vest for vertical activities. Overall I’m happy with this shirt but I’d order in a medium next time.

Absolutely love, very lightweight, great material! Only thing I wish was the length was a little bit longer. I recommend a low or no heat when drying of course. Quality is great! I would buy again do love this top!
