Awesome insert
I managed to break a toe last month. It is a relatively bad break. I went to the orthopedist and they gave me a shoe to wear to keep from bending my foot. I couldn’t wear it because I didn’t have another shoe that was the same height as that one from the doctor, and my hip hurt from walking with one leg higher than the other.When I went back for another x-ray, they told me I had to wear the shoe to keep my toe from moving as the bone wasn’t healing. I explained to her why I couldn’t wear it and she suggested I buy this to put in my shoes. It has been a lifesaver. Well worth when I spent for it.It is light yet allows me to not bend my foot when I walk. Is it the most comfortable thing in the world? No. But it’s doing the job of keeping me from bending my foot.So if your doctor recommends one of those weird open toe black boots to wear, see if this is something that they would let you wear instead. You won’t be sorry.

Helped my toe
This insole prevents my toe from hurting when practicing golf. But, I don’t wear them when playing golf because I can’t walk with it for an extended period of time without my foot hurting.

OMG, I never thought I would end up with foot pain, but here I am. My orthopedic doctor suggested these, and now I’m putting them in all my left shoes where the problem is. Of course, you can simply move them from shoe to shoe as needed, but I’m too lazy.I’ve found that wearing shoes in the house with these installed is better than barefoot. My right foot has issues too, so I guess I have to buy more. These are super and a great price.I recommend these 100%.

My foot doctor recommended this product. I have arthritis built up around where my big toe and foot bone meet. This shoe insert is hard and keeps your toes from bending as you walking.

The carbon fiber does not flex at all, and so it leads to an uneven gate and it pulsl the heel of your shoe off as you step forward.
