Excellent Quality
My husband gave me this TV last Christmas 2024 🎄. It came with a remote that’s compatible with Alexa. I can even use Voice command to turn it on and off.I now enjoy watching movies and viewing my social media on the large and wide 50-inch screen 📺 without the need to squint or sit too close to it.The audio is superb even without a soundbar.The visual quality is satisfactory.Easy internet connection.My husband carried it by himself. He said that it wasn’t as heavy as he thought it would be.Quick and easy to attach on the portable TV stand.I’m super happy with it!!! I love my tv
I love my tv. It does turn on by itself when you touch any button on the remote which is annoying but the Tv has a nice quality, it does not lag, I love the size, the picture is clear and it’s easy to set up. I’ve had it since last July and it’s still working. No issues. Love the brightness and it seems durable.

4 weeks of daily use and I have ZERO complaints. Great picture quality, excellent sound quality. Well worth the $200 (Feb25) most likely getting a 2nd one for the master bedroom soon. Easy set up. Excellent value. Deff recommended.

Bad Product from a Bad Company
At first the TV worked fine and the Amazon Fire system never gave me any problems but just a few days after this products warranty you will learn it is not meant to work for a longtime and the company who makes it cannot be trusted.This product is a rip off. It goes out almost exactly right after the 1 year warranty, and if you look up this product you will see this issue is more universal than just an isolated incident.The screen will just suddenly black out but the sound works. Insignia use to be a brand I stood by however it is now a name owned by Best Buy who is the maker of insignia products now. So If you contact them about it they will just tell you to send it in to Best Buy or contact Geek Squad to fix it which costs more than the TV unless you are a paid member of their service. So basically you are forced to either buy another one or pay more to fix a cheap product that is an easy fix with other brands in my experience.Their customer service from both Amazon and Best Buy also showed how little they care and how meaningless their word is regarding this TV. Amazon contacted Best Buy for me who then said if I sent in the TV with a return label I could get a refund and they apologized for the inconvenience. But never received one but when I asked about it Best Buy then said that the warranty expired so they changed their mind. I contacted Amazon who then said they would refund me instead. Then when I contacted them again since it never refunded. they told me they can’t do that at all and changed their minds like Best Buy all they can do is keep inquiring Best Buy to send the return label which they did 3 times only to be told they changed their minds and don’t have to refund me. But outside of that their “hands were tied”.So not only a bad product but also you will be dealing with an unhelpful company who will take you through the ringer and go back on what they said to avoid refunding you for a bad product. To try to get you to pay them more money to fix it or sign up for their membership to fix it for a “better price”.This product and it’s company are too much of a headache to deal with and you will receive no help that benefits you as a customer.

Good for the price
After owning this for a year, I decided to write a review:Overall, as someone who isn’t super interested in the latest and greatest technologies, I’d recommend this TV!I know it’s an Amazon Fire TV feature, but my favorite thing about this TV is that it connects to book apps like Hoopla so I can listen to the free audiobooks/read books and work on bible studies and devotionals from my TV! It’s an awesome way to be able to include the kids in family reading!!!Pros:•Price•delivery time/speed•Sound/picture quality*•ease of setup•settings/user preferences are easily customizableCons:•white lines show up on left hand size of screen if used for more than an hour or so a day(started around the 4 month mark of owning the TV and using it regularly as our living room device. I see it as the TV’s way of telling me I need to reduce my screen time. It goes away when it’s been off for a few hours, and doesn’t affect anything too much to be a bother.)•remote quick app buttons are not customizable (and we don’t use the apps that are available on remote, so this feature is not ideal for every user—though this con feels like I’m just being picky…)•kind of bulky/deep for a flatscreen(it sits several inches off of the wall which may not be ideal for small spaces. We plan to mount it to the wall soon, so I’ll update my review if this happens to get in the way of being able to successfully do that).

Great TV I 100% would recommend
Fast shipping, easy setup, and picture is great. What else matters? I read so many reviews on this. Most had only good things to say. It’s a little big for my setup right now but I was buying for future use as well. I love everything about it except would love a little better sound because I love music and enjoy watching YouTube videos of live rock concerts. So I plan on hooking up a stereo reviver for better sound. For the price of this ztV there is no way you can go wrong!!

Only 24 hours, but what a difference in picture, connections, audio…. We needed to upgrade to a larger wall mount.. We are connected to AV Onkyo 7100. PC. TV, Surround Speakers all connected.. A nice addition with a bargain price.. Why don’t TV’s Come in White, or various colors..?
