Amazing customer service, awesome jacket!
I purchased this jacket the first week of January and have to say it is probably one of the best things I’ve ever bought. It’s very comfortable, light weight, & of course it’s warm. Depending on how much it’s used, the battery will hold a charge for most of the day but charges pretty quickly. It also turned out to be a really good conversation starter with random people as most are curious about the ring light on the front… so if you’re into having random conversations with strangers about your jacket then definitely consider this! A few days after receiving my order, I got an email from Venustas customer service checking-in to make sure I was happy with the jacket & answer any questions, which I think shows a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Around mid-February the jacket started shutting off during the 5 minute preheat cycle. Even with the jacket off it’s still very warm, so I thought the temperature ring light was broken but definitely on. I sent an email to Venustas customer service Friday afternoon & got a reply the next morning. They worked quickly to resolve my issue, sending a new battery. Ultimately they had to replace the jacket. The time it took to for a final resolution was pretty quick. Each email I sent to them received a reply within 24 hours, which is absolutely acceptable. Dealing with such a responsive company that stands behind its product has been very refreshing!The only “negative” feedback I can think to share is that the sleeves could be just a little bit longer, maybe half an inch? When the battery pack is in the inside pocket it feels a little “bulky” & makes the left outside pocket a bit tight, it’s not obnoxious or even a negative really. If the battery sat just a bit higher on the torso that would help. I do wish there were more products available for men in XS sizes, & would love to see some Gray color options.Because of the good quality and more importantly awesome customer service, I have & will continue to recommend this jacket & will absolutely be buying from them again! For reference: I’m 5’5″ & 125 lbs. I got an XS jacket which was a perfect fit.

It’s a very nice, light, warm jacket
The zipper is not a typical men’s coat configuration . The zipper is on the left side of the jacket . It works very well. Another battery for a spare is a good idea but the battery supplied lasts a decent amount of time.

Greatness
I purchased this coat in 2022 to wear to my son’s HS football games, it’s now 2025 & this coat is still my favorite coat! Half of the time I don’t even use the battery for it because it is such a warm coat without it. It is not bulky & I love that , it looks sleek. I wear it in the pasture to feed cattle & anytime the weather is cold here in Oklahoma. It washed well also. I’ve washed it numerous times & had no issues. You can take the hood off & on & I also like that feature! I am a size medium, but did order a large so that I could layer under it comfortably if it wasn’t for that I’d just order my normal size.

This jacket keeps me warm at work. I work in a factory and it’s been so cold. Love that there’s a warming element in the neck. Love the removable hood as we can’t wear them inside work. Only downfall is the battery only lasts 4 to 6 hours fully charged and temp set on high. Order at least one battery. Sold separately. 🫤 The price of jacket is worth it. It is waterproof. The size fits perfectly. Pockets are deep. Like the style.

Ordered 2 for my 2 kids for this crazy cold weather that is here. Neither one of my kids will willingly wear a coat due to sensory problems. But my 13 year old Autistic daughter willingly put this on and said she likes it! She turned it on and said she enjoyed how quickly it warmed up and stayed warm. (My youngest hasn’t tried it yet.) With almost record breaking cold weather my daughter actually said she had to turn it off as she was sweating! She said it was warm even without the heat on and said it didn’t feel restrictive like most coats. She also mentioned she enjoyed the soft “fuzzy” inside of the pockets instead of the slick outside fabric. We got the unisex version. My daughters are about 5’5″ – 5’7″ and about 136lbs to 145lbs and I got both a size Large so that they can wear a sweater/hoodie underneath without it being tight/restrictive. They fit perfectly.

Great Jacket and Customer Service!
I bought 2 jackets as Christmas presents for my parents. I was so impressed with them I just bought one for myself! The jacket with the heating element is warm enough but the heater makes it so Cozy! I had a question so I called Venustas when the office was closed. It’s wasn’t serious so I didn’t bother leaving a message. Next morning I received a call from customer service (apparently they saw I had attempted to call). The lady I dealt with was so thorough, polite and competent I was actually amazed. You don’t see that level of customer service nowadays. Thank you for the awesome jackets!

Bad battery
I purchased this jacket as a gift. After using the battery for about two hours on the lowest setting it seems to dye. Has been charging for about 6 hours and has only reached half a charge. Jacket is warm and comfortable. The neck warmer takes some getting used to it seems hotter then the rest of the jacket. I am interested in returning the defective battery in hopes the company will replace it.

Great Product
My wife used to be always cold. Now, this jacket is perfect for her. She loves it! It works perfectly. I only wish they put a bigger battery to hold longer. The battery that comes with it is too small and runs out quickly if you keep the jacket on heat for more than 2 hours.

Nice jacket, warm and battery seems a bit wonky as the light blinks all the time even when turned off. The hip size is small so had to do a larger size.

Aug-13-24, WInnipeg MB, I ordered this heated jacket especially for winter use while standing outside 4 to 5 hours nightly while being Santa, and also blowing snow for my 4 neighbors. That being said Aug-08-24 We attended in the evening an outdoor Stockcar racing event with the 45 to 75 klm winds from the north west and temps ranging from 45 to 58 degs F . Lets just say it was a very cool and windy night . At 19:00 cst i put on the VENUSTAS heated jacket and manually set it for high to test the warmth, OH MY GOD, talk about totally blocked the wind from my back and absolutely heated my Back, Shoulders and Chest TOASTY WARM, i actually had to turn the settings down, I did use the 10000 mah battery that i bought as an extra battery . I did turn off the jacket at 23:15cst. Lets just say , TOTALLY IMPRESSIVE Jacket . I Looking forward to Winnipeg WInter. Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it snow, OH Almost forget, USE the measuring guide when ordering, the fit was perfect for me, and i’m 6’3″, 245lbs large frame man.3XL fit me perfect

Jacket is nice, battery pack doesn’t light up to tell you if it’s charging or not. Serious design flaw. The plug for the charging cord is very flimsy also so the charging cord doesn’t stay in properly. I bought this for my son as he liked my higher quality name brand one, but it really only worked for a couple weeks and then I noticed he wasn’t wearing it and asked him why, and he said battery issues… he’s not even sure it charges.
