After reading mixed reviews about the laptops, i choose the (excellent) option and I decided to take a little risk and buy it myself. The order shipped after a day or two and came sooner than it was supposed to (which of course is great). The performance on the computer is 10/10 everything is functional and there’s light light scratches on the top part by where the logo is that you can barely see. All ports/ headphone jack works fine. Battery life is normal and the volume is loudddd when put all the way up/ brightness is amazing too. Happy with my purchase, definitely worth the money!

I was a little skeptical at first bc its refurbished and the price was on the low end.. however, the computer came in and looks brand new. Ive been using it for a couple days and the battery life is amazing. Everything works as it should. The charger is aftermarket (not apple) but no complaints there it works just as great. The shipping was super fast, received it one day after it shipped out. Processing took two days. My only complaint which isn’t really a complaint was that it came in a little dusty, my guess is from the way it was packaged. It Doesn’t come with bubble wrap to protect it during shipping but it didn’t hurt the computer at all. No scratches no dents. If you’re thinking about ordering one from this brand take the risk! DO NOT be discouraged by the bad reviews. In my opinion it’s worth it. They have quality MacBooks!

2019 Refurbished/new MacBook
I am giving it one star because it did initially work when the product was delivered in July of 2024. Within two months the screen turned black. My daughter was using the product for college and she was away in another state. We did purchase the Asurion protection plan but my daughter was unsure how to use it correctly and as I was not there to help her so she waited another month and a half to get it fixed when she came home for break. During that time the MacBook was unusable. In December I sent the item away to be fixed. The item was returned to her a couple of weeks later at her university. That was the second week of January 2025. She came home for spring break in March and while she was home the screen began to turn black again. She also informed me that the laptop was running very hot. I again contacted Asurion but at this time I was just looking for a refund of my $429. I was told that an item had to have the same defect 4 times because I could seek a refund. I explained that my daughter had major time constraints with this instance and waiting 2/3 weeks for the item to be fixed was not an option. We took it to a nearby repair shop that is sponsored by Asurion where we were given an estimate of $471 which is more than I paid for the product. I was told that I could pay to have it repaired and then be reimbursed but aside from not living that option the screen would take a week to come in and then a few days after that to be fixed. I should also state that the estimate also included fixing the overheating problem. I reached out to Amazon but because it was more than 90 days removed from the purchase they couldn’t do anything for me. Originally, I did have a customer service representative tell me I should not worry that I would be getting a refund but the next day I received an email stating that my claim had been denied. I also reached out to the third party seller and they never responded to my message. I did try Asurion one more time with a copy of the estimate trying to please my case that I just want a refund since the original payment is less than the cost of the repair. This whole process has eaten up hours over several days of speaking with countless representatives. I felt like there was no one that truly understood my problem and how I only wanted to be made whole with this defective product.

Fue una excelente compra, puedo decir que la Mac llegó a un 98% de estética, solo tiene un ligero rayón en un costado pero es mínimo. La batería viene al 98%, la pantalla es totalmente nítida y sin ningún rasguño, el teclado perfecto, trae una mica que cubre tanto la pantalla como parte del touchpad. Una compra que vale totalmente la pena.

Es la primera vez que compro un producto Renewed y la verdad quede encantado. Ya tenía una Mac, sin embargo se me cayo y rompí la pantalla. Compre esta pensando en que la podría usar como refacción, pero llego super bien. Llego con accesorios genéricos, pero se sienten de buena calidad. La condición de la batería me indica normal.

It came with scratches on it and a water mark. the keyboard doesn’t let me type on it, after 2 hours of use. I tried returning it before the end date but they wouldn’t let me.

El equipo está en buenas condiciones para lo que uno espera en reacondicionado, la batería ya tiene más de 1000 ciclos pero aún se encuentra en estado “buena”. Dura al rededor de unas 6-7 cuando está al 100% de carga. Tiene algunos rayones que son poco notables, tiene golpes que son más a la vista pero es una buena inversión para el costo que tiene. El touchbar funciona sin problemas. Yo le quité un papel que tenía y trabajo es como el brand de otra empresa pero nada que no se quite con calcomanías.
