Awesome WIN 10 Laptop!
First, I wanna say the laptop arrived in near new condition. There are very few marks and no scratches. It operates flawlessly. I needed a Windows 10 machine and they were becoming harder to find. I used to program Radio as and as a back up to my main computer. The touchscreen is responsive and precise. The battery life seems very good. It doesn’t lag at all, but I’m not playing games. I have used it to run an SDR radio and that works very well. For the price you can’t go wrong.

Piece of crap
I bought this laptop a couple of months ago and it won’t power up and this is the second one that’s done this to me. It’s very aggravating that they just get out of warranty past 30 days and then they lock up or won’t come on… Piece of crap. Grrr

Good for the price
Laptop works well. So far have just been using it for office apps and vehicle obd2 programming. Have had 0 issues thus far. Battery life is good. Item looks brand new.

Computer didn’t work
After 30 days computer stop working, changed cord and plug into another outlet computer still did not work. I am a senior citizen and I paid for a pice of junk

I bought the acceptable condition.
Figuring they are all on a stack and no matter what condition you get you’re going to get the next one on the pile. I was correct. It seems like it’s in very good shape. Turned on. Dead battery but it charged up within an hour and 45 minutes. Perfect for a kid. Not very powerful. But for what I needed for its perfect.

Essential addition
I needed to keep my work stuff and private stuff separate. And this tablet was the solution. It make my life simple. Easy to travel with. Runs efficiently. It is both practical and essential.

A Horrible Product
The product arrived in a lightweight USPS box, loosely packed in a bubble-wrap sleeve. There was no power cord! Screws were loose on the laptop. When I turned it on I started the setup process, connected to my wifi, and then it wanted login credentials for a public school network, which obviously I didn’t have and there was no way to get past that. And then the screen started flickering. And so I returned it. A huge waste of my time!

So is refurbished
Taking in consideration that this Dell laptop is already long gone with no warranty is doing well so far, with its issues.
