The most comfortable elbow sleeve
After cubital tunnel surgery, this has been a godsend. It’s super comfortable and fits well. It stays cold and feels good against the skin. Works very well for the price.

Effective pain relief
The sleeve I purchase for my tennis elbow tendonitis worked wonders in relieving the pain . It’s very comfortable and the added compression feels great too . I do have to let it warm up a little from the freezer as it is too cold to put on right away and the instructions advise this as well . Added bonus is that it can be used as warm compress too .

Just what I needed for my tennis elbow
Great product. I ordered the small size for my elbow. I have skinny arms. I would think that men would take either a small or medium for the elbow. Holds cold for about 15 minutes, which I think is enough. I like the fact that I can put it on and forget it. It stays in place pretty well. I always use it after doing something that stresses my tennis elbow. I have used if for month and I think it will hold up for a while.

This ice pack feels amazing when you first slide it on. I have average sized forearms and it does slide down if I am doing a lot with my arms.The sleeve is super cold for about 7 minutes and all therapeutic cold is gone at 12 minutes. I wish it stayed cold longer!I wish this was packaged as a set of 2 or 3 so you could get a solid 20 minute very cold therapy session for your arm. This was expensive for what it is and should stay cold longer than it does.This is great for tennis elbow or an injury to the forearm and or elbow..

It’s freezing!
Dealing with tennis elbow and bought this. It works great. It gets exremely cold. When i first pull it out of the freezer I have to take it off after a minute or so caus3 it’s so friggin’ cold. Go back and forth till it warms enough that I can keep it on. I’ve left it on for hours because the compression feels very good around my elbow, added protection. Very much worth the price. I rolled my ankle recently and was able to slide this on to my foot and cover my ankle. It works great!

Does a great job but it’s falling apart already
I bought the small sleeve for my elbow. It works great, stays cold for 20 minutes, intense cold at first. I was going to purchase the other sizes, one for my knee and others for my family but I just received it on 6/29 and 12 days later the seem is already coming apart. I have not been rough with it, just sliding it on my arm. I have included a picture.Update 7/29. I am changing the rating because the customer service team reached out and sent me a new sleeve. No issues so far

Perfect for tennis elbow!!
I recently developed tennis elbow, and the pain was unbearable. I tried using heating pads and ice, but after purchasing the sleeve, it made things so much easier and significantly reduced the pain. I highly recommend this sleeve; you can freeze it for a couple of hours, take it out, and put it back on. I wear it for about 15 to 20 minutes, and it has helped tremendously with the pain.
