It’s amazing accept 1 thing
I gave this five stars because it works fine and the quality is amazing. However my only issue is that it does overheat a little bit but it does cold down later. The sound quality is amazing however attempting to link my Apple ID on my new MacBook Air is an issue but it is not on the seller fault, I just have to have apple help me unlock my account but overall this product gets 5 stars for me

Very good product and customer support
I want to tell thanks to customer support , I had to return the item in a week after purchasing because as I realized later I needed OS11 for my study lol, this one is 10.13I couldn’t download the new OS after clearing the disk as it was said in return label, so they helped me out and were super nice even know I was returning it for good.I liked the product, it had only one small scratch on the bottom , but the laptop was like new I hadn’t any issues using it. I actually like it.Good package, fast shipping, very good product and very nice support , thanks 🙂

This Macbook is refurbished to work for a few months
I purchased a MacBook Air 13.3″ in mid-2022, and initially, it worked fine. However, after a few months, the Wi-Fi started disconnecting and reconnecting on its own until it stopped connecting altogether. I had to spend around $200 to replace the Wi-Fi receiver.A few months after that, the MacBook began overheating and the battery started draining quickly, despite the system indicating the battery was in good condition with around 800 cycles left. I wasn’t using the MacBook extensively—mostly just for web browsing and reading—so I was surprised by these issues. Now, the MacBook has stopped working entirely and won’t even turn on, leading me to believe that the motherboard is damaged.Overall, this has been a disappointing experience, especially considering the high cost of the device. I expected better quality and reliability with such ” refurbished with excellent condition ” Macbook.

Great and inexpensive
For a refurbished computer, the price was great. It works well. No bugs or glitches. Feels like a new computer other than just a little bigger scratch on the top, but nothing major. Love the light-weight aspect too. Good size screen and good charger.

Best decision
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this laptop, for it being refurbished it definitely is worth the money. The screen has a weird tint to it, and a little scratch on the corner, however, it works fast, it does what I need it to for when I start school, I highly recommend getting this product for your kids, yourself, or whoever. I did a lot of research on these before buying this one from these people, this is the best one for sure though. Highly impressed!

A good Apple laptop (even if an older version)
There’s much that I can do with this laptop which arrived ahead of schedule & in perfect condition! I was able to charge it without difficulty and was able to get to my Google Gmail account (after a little bit of confusion), so can receive and respond to emails, enjoy listening to music on YouTube, search for info on Google, etc. I am very pleased with my economical choice of laptops at a time in my life when I need to be more frugal and not pay “top dollar” for electronics. The only drawback seems to be the fact that I am unable to download “top free apps” as I had hoped. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and delighted that it’s in such good condition! I can always save up, even using Amazon reward points, for a newer version of Apple MacBook Air in the future. For now, I’m quite content! Thanks Amazon! You’re the best!!

100% Worth your Money!!
I was very unsure if i was going to purchase it or not due to the many bad reviews but i gave it a shot and to my surprise it came in perfectly fine, there were very little light scratches on the bottom but no big noticeable scratches. ABSOLUTELY 0 Dings / Cracks, everything came in good condition. The only bad thing i could say is the Charger, it is not the original charger from apple but everything else is a 10/10 would 100% recommend.

Just received the laptop full of scratches in the worst condition ever, it requires a password from the former user to be opened!!, charger is not working and very very old. Am soo disappointed and this is actually the second time this is happening
