We bought this as a gift for a 9th grade boy. He loved it. Allows him and his friends to play at night. We paired it with an LED rim light that was the perfect compliment to the ball. Great gift idea for the boy who is hard to buy for. Weight and texture (grip) of ball are normal and light is still going strong.

We purchased this for grandson ( 13 yrs old ) as a gift because let’s face it young teens are not easy to buy for and he loves games and sports so thought this would be fun a sit lights up with bouncing , he had a a lot of fun with his friends using this playing basketball and just bouncing around the ball back and forth to each other! Great plastic basketball
I was prepared to be underwhelmed when I got this for my son for Christmas. But I was pleasantly surprised with how much light actually comes off of this basketball. The reason for my four star review is that the basketball is made of plastic which I should have expected. But this leads to concerns of durability. But overall there’s no air leakage and it was a great value.

It works well and lights up super bright. My son loved it, but unfortunately once it stopped lighting up I couldn’t get it to work again. It feels good to shoot it, however it is a bit heavier than normal basketballs. It can’t withstand extreme bounces though and will explode.

I bought the glow-in-the-dark football and basketball. The football worked amazing but the basketball didn’t glow. I was contacted by the company and sent a replacement light that works great. Great customer service and great product!!
