Good ball for improving ball control
I don’t like that rubber on the groove for sticking out at first, but as time goes by, the rubber got smooth out so it felt pretty comfortable now.This ball improves my dribbling speed and strength on the dribble. Once I got used to this ball, dribbling a normal ball makes it felt like I’m dribbling a balloon. The ball was bouncing so fast and yet I was able to control it with ease, which I was not able to do it before.I got the ball for 4 months on outdoor practices, and it’s still in pretty good shape. Considering that this is the time frame when a normal Wilson ball wears out, I say this ball worth the price.

If your looking to add strength to your players handle without forcing the weight room on a player, this is a great option, will improve muscles and reaction time with the ball, I have seen a huge improvement from son and his confidence with the ball, his command and overall handle has improved greatly we work this ball into his normal handling workout twice a week for about 20 to 30 mins, I would say more than this may be tough on young players. but well made highly recommend

Good, but not enough bounce…
The weight of the ball is great, for my grandson to have to work harder to control, but there isn’t much bounce to the ball; even after adding quite a bit of air. I gather there’s not much bounce, due to the ball’s heavier weight. Maybe that is simply by design? Like I said; he has to work harder to control the ball, so maybe that’s a good thing.
