Great experience- sweet macbook
I’m a longtime MacBook Pro user, this is my fourth one but first refurbished. Worked out great. Feels like new except kinda missed the cool apple packaging, but this was simply and well protected packaged. Would recommend this model and this supplier (doubledex).

Macbook is completely unresponsive
I purchased this laptop on June 4, 2022. I barely used it the first 2 months since I was still working from my desktop computer at home. This was my biggest mistake. I initially bought it with time in preparation of moving out of state. I wholeheartedly trusted amazon refurbished center and it’s apple products, but on the third month of using it it I started seeing glitches and my laptop would just turn off randomly until it finally gave up. It seems the software was completely messed up, I called apple, tried rebooting it from home, took it to the apple store, they couldn’t reboot it or install the os system from their end because my laptop is “unresponsive” and needs to be taken for repair for almost the same amount of money I payed for… I don’t understand why amazon would sell me a jailbroken, completely faulty laptop when they explicitly say in their products that the engineers completely go over any faults in the system. Never purchasing from them again.

NO STARS! Came w/ wrong battery, wrong charger and cable!
This laptop only worked for about 4 days. Then I Couldn’t turn it on with the power button. I checked all my cables and plug-ins. It came with a non-Apple charger and non-Apple cord and a non-Apple battery inside. If you need an Apple product buy from Apple, or the sale section at the Apple website or from a trusted friend. I love a good Discount, but this is not the way to go. I’m returning it for a refund.
