Don’t expect any help from FPD
We have had nothing but problems with this TV since buying it. Less than a week into owning it, the remote control stopped working. The TV has a button to turn it on, but no other way to navigate anything besides the remote. We went through all the troubleshooting steps with Amazon support, but they couldn’t help. They tried to connect us with the manufacturer, but we never got any response from any of the communication methods we tried. We spent $30 on a replacement remote that we bought from the brand website and had to connect a wireless mouse and keyboard to navigate through the settings and eventually paired the new remote. It randomly stopped working again after 45 minutes of using the tv. We’re past the option to return it now, so we’re out the cost of the TV and the extra remote. Please, spare yourself a headache and pass on this terrible brand.

「FPD チューナーレステレビ 4K 50V型 Mini LED 量子ドット(CG50-S2)」モデルを購入しました。ネットワークの速度が遅い以外は文句はございません。コスパの良い最高の買い物が出来ました。Mini LEDによる圧倒的な輝度でとても明るく、SDRも HDRもとても綺麗に映ります。ローカルディミングでの視聴も良いです。フレームレートの上限が60Hzというのもポイントが高い！昨今のゲーミングに踊らされて、無理に120Hzや144Hzなどに対応して値段が高くなるのではなく、60Hzで抑えることで値段も抑えている。素晴らしい！音質が悪いというレビューもありますが、設定で『ドルビーオーディオ処理』をオンにすれば良くなります。(それでも値段相応なので限度はありますが…。)問題はネットワークです。Wi-Fiで接続すると、下り130Mbps(それでも遅いのですが…)出るのですが、有線LANで接続すると何故か100Mbpsを超えず、70〜80Mbps前後を推移してしまいます。おそらく原因はイーサネット(有線LANの接続口)側が100Mbps上限になっている可能性があります。何か設定があるのかな？原因が分かる人がいたら教えていただけると幸いです。【検証環境】・戸建ての1Gbps回線を契約・ルーター：Wi-Fi6対応・LANケーブルのカテゴリー：Cat 6A・ハブの利用なし・接続されている全ての機器のアップデート済み

Terrible tv, not a seller or Amazon issue, this is a product issue. Set up took 3 hours. Pausing apple tv cases you to log out of the apple tv app. Tv will lose app connection often, the Google set up fails and it is not letting me retain canada as my settings which causes some shows not to display. But it was so affordable, and this is why lol 🙂
