Hard drive arrived well packaged. I plugged it into my computer and it is exactly as advertised. It’s currently in my PS2 letting me have fun playing games.

Worked great. I replaced a drive that seemed to be failing
I had a drive that seemed to be failing, so I bought this to replace it. I also bought a USB adapter to convert everything from the old drive to this drive. I used software to clone the old disk, copying out the USB port directly to the new disk. Then I simply replaced the old disk with this one and booted the computer. Has been running fine for a few weeks.

I like everything about the drive but Windows 10 is a mess. I suggest if you are using it not to try and re-adjust any partitions once you make them.

Drive failed setup. Returned
When I got the hard drive I attempted to setup and allocate a simple volume using the New Simple Volume Wizard that is part of Windows. I was unable to setup the drive. I tried and failed to reformat the drive as well. I returned the drive and was issued a refund. I bought the exact same model drive from a local retailer, and was able to set it up following the exact same steps as I tried previously. This leads me to believe I was sent a faulty drive which was supposedly refurbished and tested.
