Love this laptop. It’s two for one — a tablet and a laptop!
I am so pleased with this little laptop. Since all of the ports, battery, guts, etc. reside in the screen section, it separates from the keyboard to be used as a tablet. Or it attaches back magnetically to the keyboard and is a laptop. The one I bought was refurbished, but it seems to be in perfect operating condition and looks nearly new with just one scratch on the cover. Was very clean. Came with Windows 10. So far, it’s running great, although I’ve only been using it a month. Am considering buying another.

Front camera was damaged
Sadly, I had to return this item because the front camera was damaged. Apart from that the item was in good condition and the back camera was great! But I need a proper front camera for meetings. So I have it a 3 star

These were reported lost or stolen to Dell and now Amazon is re-selling stolen goods.
After receiving these items and connecting them to Dell.com to get the latest updates, these service tags were reported lost/stolen to Dell by the original owner. Kinda sketchy but they work okay, as long as you don’t need parts or support from Dell.

So far, I really like this tablet
I’ve only had the tablet a few days. So far very good. The tablet is in great condition. Looks brand new. The only thing wrong out the gate was the touchpad driver wasn’t installed. I installed the driver and touchpad worked as normal. Very good performance, fast IMO. Battery is better than I expected. I was able to stream a couple long movies and still had a few hours battery life left (In battery saver mode). As advertised, the tablet came with the keyboard and power cord. I was thinking the keyboard would be awkward to type on, but it’s not bad at all. I bought this for short work trips where I don’t want to carry my bulky laptop; I’m not disappointed. I’ll post an update after I try some office applications.Update. This tablet still seems like a great deal. I used the display port to hook up my portable display monitor, works great. Created some basic Excel spreadsheets, but nothing huge, but works well for me. Installed free Windows 11, really pleased. Battery life still great.

It’s a used computer, but good value, and amazon stands behind it
These are used computers, but an excellent value for the dollar. They had a great original build quality feel (metal/glass.) Nice tablet machine. The first one had a battery issue, but return was no hassle. The second one has some marking on the screen which you can see when it’s powered off, but it’s fine when powered on (marks not visible when screen is on) and it works great. Overall very happy, and happy to purchase this item from amazon since they stand behind it. Good deal.

Can’t believe it
Item arrived very fast but what surprised me most was the amazing condition on it. Screen and back were in mint condition and keyboard had hardly any sign of slight use.Super happy with this purchase and still can’t believe the super low price.

Out over the box there wasn’t a scratch on it. Looked like brand new. The keyboard had a little wear on it but I’ll take it. If I had to say there was one con it would be that when I turned it on it was already logged into a Dell account. I had to sign in with mine and delete the one that was already logged in. I felt if it would have been in setup mode upon activation, as good of shape that the devise was I, it would have made the experience more like it was really a new device. Overall I’m very happy with this product

Could not get the finger print ID to work
I was excited to get this – but greatly disappointed when I could not get the finger print sign-on to work.Also it was much heavier than I expected… not really like a tablet so I returned it for both the problem and the weight factor and bought a large screen Android Tablet which is much lighter.

Llegó en perfecto embalaje, antes de lo programado y prácticamente es una tablet nueva. Sin detalles estéticos, con todos los accesorios, llevo usándola un par de días y todo funciona excelente, la batería dura bastante y no se calienta.

It is an amazing laptop concept, but the bottom screen came flickering, and the keyboard is not secured well, other than that it was such a nice business laptop, make sure you buy a harder case or sturdier keyboard. The laptop is easy to carry but it doesnt feel like a tablet, it is more hardy and to be honest if the keyboard was secured it would be a perfect laptop.

Laptop seems to be working ok once you sign-in and over ride the Dell admin acct. This is the 2nd time ordering as the first one, the keyboard wasn’t working and had to return it. This time, the 2 pieces of the charging cable doesn’t even match. Making the charger useless. I was able to charge the laptop with another laptop charger that had a usb-c connector.Other than that, it seems to be working ok for my daughter’s needs for school.

El vendedor no responde los mensajes y todo lo tuve que ver directamente con Amazon. Me sorprendió la manera tan informal de esta venta.
