We liked that we were able to save money!! What we disliked!!! On August 9th we began having issues with the computer. Come to find out that the processing sytem is obsolete! We found this after calling HP for help. We were told this computer is 12 years old and the processor is not large enough to upload Windows 11. And we cannot update our drivers with our current Windows 10 We are unable to access most sites that we use. We are able to type in the URL address but we cannot open the site due to security. We have also contacted our WIFI company and everything is working just fine on their end. After making phone calls ets it tood time to get all of this straightened out. Plus we contacted Asurion and they cannot help us. We told them that now it’s past the return date but they said being the computer is that outdated and obsolete plus our problems began on August 9th that we should be able to return it with a refund. We are both disabled and barely could afford this computer and then you took full advantage of us. Shame on you!!!We are requesting a return for the entire computer with a full refund. Thank you.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR PURCHASE! THIS SYSTEM IS OUTDATED AND UNABLE TO INSTALL WINDOWS 11 ACCORDING TO TECH SUPPORT WITH H.P.

Great PC for a great price
So far the computer has worked good. We have had some issues trying to download some things. I got this from my son to play fortnite and roblox,etc. I got a warranty on it just in case. Everything was in good condition when I got it. They did leave the power cord out. I called customer service and they give me a $10 refund so that I could get another one on my own and that works because they’re significantly cheaper.

Know what you’re doing or buy new.
It has done what I wanted. My old computer was slow this one is fast. Went together easy and fired right up. Of course, the first message I got on it was windows 10 is no longer going to be maintained come like October. So my new/reconditioned computer is already obsolete. WOW!!! I guess it is my fault not knowing this. I am not computer smart. I bought this computer because my windows 7 was obsolete, years ago. The computer company said just do the same with this as I did my old one.

We purchased this refurbished desktop computer for my daughter Faith in November, and overall, it performs well for basic needs. It’s a great starter computer at an affordable price, but there are a few limitations worth noting:No Bluetooth Capabilities: This can be inconvenient if you’re used to wireless peripherals or other Bluetooth devices.No Webcam: If you need video conferencing or online classes, you’ll need to purchase an external webcam.Speakers: The included speakers are not very loud and lack sound quality. Great set for the price!
This HP Elite Desktop Computer set is exactly what I was looking for. The price was right and the setup was easy. I have had it set up for about a month and so far it works perfectly. I did purchase the 2 year protection package just in case. The keyboard has cool light effects as well as the little speakers it comes with. The monitor works good, but I don’t really care for the way the monitor stand is (it has more to do with the way it was produced. However, for the price, I was going for the best performance and memory and this set fits the bill. I will be upgrading my monitor, keyboard and speakers when I am able. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Ran poorly after 3 week, Return shipping is out of your pocket.
Got this for my son as his first pc. Within 3 weeks the computer would no longer connect to internet. It would show it’s connected to the router but not the internet. It also ran so slow at this point that it was hard not to get mad while waiting 5 min or more just for the computer to open anything. Took almost an hour just trying different things to get it working again. Nothing helped. Ended up requesting a refund. Cost me $89 just to ship it back. Like other reviewers the processor does not support windows 11. Also of note, without the cd / copy of the operating system you can not hard wipe the computer. I really wanted this computer to work. I could have lived with the processor not computable with the new windows. I could have looked more into the usb wifi connection. But how poorly it ran in just a short time and with no way to wipe the pc and start fresh just made it a bad deal. Sad it cost me $89 “I hope” just $89 to find this out as the return has not been completed at this time. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Missing parts! I didn’t get my speakers! Computer is old to be honest it’s a dinosaur fr. My keyboard wasn’t LED! Mouse is broken. The absolute cheapest mouse ever know to man. Like is so cheap and raggedy!
