*UPDATED review*Seller reached out and replaced defective speaker. New speaker came in within 2 days of correspondence. New speaker works and charges. Sound quality is great! 1st speaker must’ve been a fluke, which I understand happens sometimes. Customer service is impeccable. Will use new speaker at work this week and recharge as needed. Will update again if any defects occur.Came not charged. Charging cord started smoking and caught fire when charging. This product is dangerous.

Don’t buy, Instant Charging Port Issues
It’s cheap, doesn’t charge. The charging port doesn’t work. The speaker sounds like it’s been thrown into water, very echoey and static coming out whenever you hear a voice.I don’t know if the charger doesn’t work but I used other chargers when I originally thought it was a charging problem. Nothing could charge it. I’m so bummed out, as a depressed person, music is the freedom I have so items like this has meaning. I’m tired of the return process, it’s not convenient for disable people. I guess just take it as an L.
