Best gift for myself
I bought this as a gift for myself and I am so glad that I did! I use an iPad for my work (RBT) and take a lot of notes and data during my sessions with kiddos. So trying to type on the iPad was taking forever! But this Magic Keyboard has been a game changer for me! I love the way it fells when I type so it is well designed and works great! It was very easy to pair with my iPad and all I have to do is turn it and it’s ready to go! It’s very light weight and easy to cart with me! I highly recommend it!

Great after learning curve
Coming from using windows/PC keyboards my whole life, it has been difficult learning to use the Apple keyboard. But I think I mostly have it now. The keyboard was easy to setup and is very responsive. Love the size, makes it easy to carry with me in my bag.

Great keyboard, amazing feel and quality, a bit expensive, but no back illumination or battery bar?
I bought this keyboard to pair with my older 2018 Mac Mini. It is a good keyboard and the feel is very nice. Typing for extended periods is good on my hands and I’ve always been a fan of Apple. I can use the keyboard from 15 feet away (I haven’t tried anything further than that) and the battery life seems to be good so far.There is 3 things I don’t like though: 1. I thought this was back-illuminated but haven’t been able to turn it on and 2. it is over-priced for a keyboard and 3. why wouldn’t I be able to see the remaining battery life on the keyboard?Despite those 3 downsides, it is a good keyboard overall and I’d recommend these keyboards to anyone looking to get the whole quality Mac experience. I wish the price was cheaper but that’s ok for me. If you need something more affordable, there are tons of other keyboards like this (like Macally) that will work fine and cost under half of what this does.

Takes a bit of time to get use to it, as it’s really slim (probably the slimmest in the market), even for a long-term Macbook user. But after that short period, everything about it is wonderful! It just feels great to type with it!

First, the keyboard is well designed, easy to use and makes my typing lightning fast. I have switched to Magic for my other keyboards. I like the rechargeable battery and it does last a long time – I type notes and articles almost everyday and plug it in. It can recharge while I’m typing, so there is no down time. This purchase is a replacement as the previous one’s spacebar malfunctioned, which wasn’t repairable. I read other reviews to find out that the problem I had does occur, but is rare, and didn’t stop me from buying another one. I will buy Magic keyboards again – as a matter of fact I just purchased (through a local store) a larger Magic keyboard with a numeric keypad.
