It’s a black hat.
It’s harder than you would expect to find a simple plain black hat, I went to several retail stores in my area and none of them had any hats without some kind of logo on them, even Walmart used to carry various colored hats under their Mainstays brand but not anymore I guess. So hats off to this seller for having such a simple item for a fair price. The hat itself isn’t anything fancy, just a regular ol black hat with an adjustable strap in the back. It had kind of a clothes/chemical smell, so you might want to give it a quick hand wash before wearing it if you think that’s something that would bother you.

Changed Design!
Beware. Over the last year the design of the hat has changed. It now has a deeper dome and a more curved brim. IMHO, these are both changes for the worse.

It’s a hat
Solid hat. Been wearing it for I don’t know how long, over a year, maybe two. It’s plain, it’s black, low profile. If you like plain, low profile ball caps, can’t go wrong with this one. Not much else to say about it. It’s a hat. I’ll buy it again if mine ever falls apart.

The hat did not fit properly for my head. I have an average side head. Felt like it may fit a child or teen head better than an adult head. Returned this item.
