A nicely priced machine with lots of resources to ease your computing tasks.
I habitually run many applications and a browser with lots of open tabs every day. My existing Windows 10 computer with 12 Gb RAM and Core-I5 processor was not keeping up. The Windows Task Manager was showing between 70% to 90% memory utilization, making operation almost impossible at times. My hardware profile was not compatible with Windows 11 so I looked for an upgrade.HP is a name I feel I can trust from past experience. I looked for an HP with lots of resources to solve the problems I was experiencing. I chose this HP Envy, Core I7, 64 Gb RAM, 4 Tb SSD. I like the SSD because it is fast and cannot breakdown mechanically. 64 Gb RAM give me the operational space to completely avoid slowdowns. The same profile that used to push the old system to 90% utilization now loafs at 20-25%. This computer is completely quiet and boots instantly. There are 8 USB-A ports (4-front, 4-rear), a USB-C front, an SD slot front, HDMI and VGA ports. I do run dual monitors to keep track of all my running aps; they were easily configured.I love the 512 Gb external, plug-in USB drive that was included with my computer. It made it easy to transfer important data from the old machine. The external disk is also SSD utilizing fast memory. I continue to use it as a backup and extra storage resource.I am comfortable with Windows 11 and very happy with my purchase.

Great buy!
If you’re nervous about purchasing from them like I was? I would say go for it! It’s doing great and really fast! It wasn’t hard to set up at all out of the box! I got a killer deal on it too! There is no noise problems and runs very smoothly. They respond fast if you have any concerns. It’s very sturdy and worth the money. I had my own screen and I can invest in a better one later down the line but if I’m being honest this PC really bought out the features I couldn’t use due to my previous PCI purchased a HP 110 back in November of 2013 it served my needs well but I knew I needed an upgrade. It would boot up fine but needed time to load apps 4 minutes kind of like a old car lolThis one everything starts up within a literal blink of an eye. I believe I had 8gb of ram 1tb storage so you know my previous computer with a dinosaur. I didn’t meet the qualifications to upgrade to windows 11 due to my old system not having the right specs, and windows 10 support ends in 2025 so if you’re doing your research like me it can be intimidating especially with no help. But these specs are awesome.I’m not going to do gaming on it but if I wanted I have more than enough RAM to do so. PS5 has 16gb of RAM I have 64GB of ram and most gaming pc’s have 32gb of ram and do just fine. They threw in a 512GB storage as well which was so awesome of them. My overall opinion on it is GO FOR IT. You won’t regret it!

Works well.
Feels a little unfair to review a brand new PC, because we all know that all PCs get slower and slower as they age. But still, I have had this for about a month now, and I really am enjoying how it goes from shut down to up and running even faster than my Samsung tablet or Pixel smartphone restart. Not used for work, and I’m not a gamer, so my uses are pretty minimal. Works as advertised. I can’t see any reason not to recommend it to others. My review is honest, but I will note that this brand was purchased in honor of my late uncle who died as a passenger in an automobile accident. He was an electronics engineer for Hewlett Packard. So, if HP makes it, I only purchase their brand.

Do NOT buy this PC
Originally bought this and it worked like a charm, but within two days it no longer would turn on. My husband contacted the company directly for help. They had him try fixing the computer himself but the fix didn’t work. We sent the computer back (more drama at this point that I will leave out). We eventually got sent a replacement. It arrived and we tried powering it on as soon as it arrived…it would not power on!!! Suffice to say, we returned it right away. Now we are being refunded our money LESS a RESTOCKING fee!!! When you provide a faulty product the customer should NOT be charged a restocking fee. How could you restock a product that doesn’t work?!!! I would never recommend buying from this seller if they’re going to restock computers that do not work. Don’t waste your time or money like I did, do not buy from this seller.

Great Performance & Quality at a Reasonable Price
The HP Envy Premium i7 Desktop worked flawlessly right out of the box and is super-fast & quiet, especially compared to older computers with conventional hard drive (non-solid state). Transition to Windows 11 from our previous Windows 10 computer was easy and practically effortless. Know that computers advertised with multiple specs (RAM, SSD capacity) may not all be stock items from the factory, thus the seller may need to upgrade a base configuration to what you ordered. Not a problem with a reputable seller/upgrader. In my case Empowered PC upgraded the RAM to 64 GB and SSD to 4 TB, thoroughly tested the new configuration, and shipped it in the original new packaging. The computer works great with no issues and is a real good value compared to comparable Dell models.

Easy plug and play setup.
My new Windows 11 HP Envy Intel i7 Premium Tower Desktop, Intel i7-14700 with 1TB of memory. It is very fast and efficient, with an easy installation of glug and play. One has to get used to the newer configurations of the windows, but that’s to be expected.I also made a lightweight metal sliding shelf for my electronic accessories.

Exceptional speed combined with ample storage at an attractive price
I’ve had this computer for a few days, and I’m really impressed with what I got for the price—nothing else on the market compares right now. It features the latest Intel i7 14th generation processor, boasting an incredible 20 cores and 28 threads, along with 64GB of RAM that handles multiple applications effortlessly. Plus, it comes with Windows 11 Pro. It took me a while to choose the right PC that would be future-proof, and I can confidently say this one is it.
