All Out Apple resolved charging issue fairly
The MacBook Pro arrived in excellent condition in protective packaging. Included accessories were an 87W Apple Power Supply and a USB-C to USB-C cable. The MacBook started up fine and went through the setup process smoothly. The screen is wonderfully clear with no dead pixels.I did have some issues with the MacBook not getting charged from the included Apple power supply and USB-C cable although it would charge fine when connected via USB-C cable to my LG monitor with the cable LG provided for power and 4K display connectivity to the LG monitor.I contacted All Out Apple as soon as I noticed the issue and they responded quickly with some suggested troubleshooting steps. Those steps did not actually solve the issue. I went through a few gyrations of troubleshooting and figured out that the MacBook would accept a charge from the LG monitor but not the Apple power supply. A couple of messages to All Out Apple and some further testing isolated the issue to the included cable rather than the power supply. All Out Apple was responsive to messages throughout the process. It did take a bit of assertive communication on my part to get a fair resolution for the issue. In the end, they provided a refund for the exact cost of a replacement 100W USB-C cable to support the proper charging capacity of the MacBook Pro.Thanks to some good supplier communication and having a customer with some technical know-how involved, we avoided a return scenario which is better for both sides.Overall I’m very happy with the MacBook Pro I received and I am satisfied with All Out Apple’s resolution of the charging issue.

Pleasantly surprised!
I have purchased other Renewed electronics, but this is my first Renewed MacBook laptop. I was pleasantly surprised. It is in great condition! It works very well and I have not had any issues. The only thing is that It does have a few minor scratches on the outside and a minor blemish on the screen, but is is not noticeable and doesn’t effect the function. I feel the condition was accurate and as described for the item I chose. I am very happy it and am especially happy with the awesome value. I love my Mac! I also liked that even though is is used, I could still purchase a protection plan through Asurion for piece of mind. A great buy! Highly recommend Amazon Renewed!

Not “refurbished”
This was simply a old broken laptop, had obvious water in the screen, sticker skins on the front and back covering the screw holes to replace the battery, wouldn’t charge complete junk battery, major gouges on all 4 corners and a DENT on the bottom, seller was Prince Express / LimitlessUSA BTW, returnedPlaced order for the same laptop from the seller Woot, laptop looks brand new

Inside great. Outside a mess.
Replacing a 10 year old dinosaur that was beyond slow so this used MacBook Pro has been a wonder. Fast, easy to set up and a definite improvement. I guess I thought that if you’re going to take the time to refurbish a machine you would also make sure that it looks clean. It was filthy. The keyboard was disgusting and crannies were filled with lint. Took me a good 2 hours to clean it up. No complaints about performance but the ick factor loses it a star. Price was great and otherwise a good product.

Great Macbook!
The Macbook looks to be in great condition, only one visible scratch on the bottom. The charger that came with the order doesn’t work. First time I plugged it in, it kept connecting and disconnecting.Edit: After notifying the seller of the faulty charger, they sent out a brand new replacement charger as quickly as possible. Everything is working amazingly.

best outcome I could’ve hoped for
I searched for a refurbished MacBook for weeks hoping to find one I could trust. I was hesitant because its obviously refurbished and I wasn’t sure what condition I would receive it in. When I received it the only visual issues I could see was a small dent on the corner and the apple logo was a bit scratched. All in all, very minimal damage for the price I paid and I have been so so happy. I did have to clean the laptop and charger quite a bit but I would have been willing to do that 10 times over for the deal I got. I was hesitant to trust it but I did go with one of the more “expensive” refurbished MacBooks and it worked out perfectly. The laptop has 0 performance issues and the battery has been working well other than playing certain games but that’s to be expected in most laptops. So far no issues with overheating or any other issues. I am glad that I trusted this option more than others because I am now in love with this computer! I didn’t get the unwrapping experience others get with buying new but that is a small price to pay for the product I received. All in all, highly recommend if you don’t mind skipping the unboxing and don’t mind small imperfections. Mine were easily hidden by buying a laptop case.

Good computer but definitely has issues
I was incredibly weary buying this product since it was refurbished and I read some of the bad reviews. The computer came, it works perfectly fine for the most part, and overall is really nice. HOWEVER, the computer itself definitely has a battery issue (it’ll be at 100% for hours or when I turn it on or when it’s plugged in) and then quickly drop. Sometimes dropping as much as 80% in 10 minutes. The computer recommends the battery be serviced, which I’m guessing means a full replacement (which will be $200+).Definitely get what you pay for, so be aware the computer may have issues.

High quality item for the price.
Needed a new computer for the start of college and didn’t want to spend thousands on a brand new MacBook. The item was received in good condition and has been exactly what I’ve needed it to be. (other than a few minor cosmetic flaws that I, personally, can see past) Arrived with a charger and charging block. Overall, a great product for the price point.

Pedí este producto con mucha urgencia, al llegar a casa, lo conecte a la corriente eléctrica, pensando que estaba sin batería. Así estuvo durante 2 horas y no detectaba el “estar conectada” ni cargó nunca. Por lo que tuve que devolverla.
