Very sturdily built and heavy duty case. Easy to set-up using on screen instructions and Bluetooth connection to an app on my phone. Picture quality and brightness are great. I have it under a patio canopy in partial shade. I was a little concerned about questionable sound quality from reading reviews, but I haven’t noticed anything bad about it. It’s plenty loud and there are different audio settings in the menu you can adjust.I also had a question about winter storage, so I emailed Sylvox customer support. I received a prompt and very detailed response from Sunny.Looking forward to enjoying fall football on the patio this year and couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Great Outdoor TV!
After burning through 3 indoor TV’s in my cabana over 2.5 years I decided to get the Sylvox 55″ – WOW, this is a great TV! – although it’s covered and in partial shade, lots of sun makes its way in to the cabana and this TV is bright! The picture is outstanding too – I recommend a soundbar or like I did, 2 outdoor speakers on each side facing me as the internal speaker sucks – Note: this is a heavy TV – if you’re mounting it over your head you’ll need some help – only thing I wish it had was Alexa built in – other than that, an AWESOME purchase.

Amazing product and service team!
The first TV we received worked for about a month and then would only power up/down at the electrical outlet. We contact product service team via email on Sunday. The product service team engaged their engineering team to evaluate the technical issue and determined that the product needed to be replaced. The replacement TV was received on Wednesday!!! The product service team provided a shipping label for the exchange. Could not have been quicker or easier. Special thanks to Sunny for all the communication and support!!

Quality Picture and Service
We purchased this TV for our new outdoor space near our pool. It’s been a wonderful addition for pool days and nights. The biggest surprise for us is the picture quality during sunny afternoons! I recommend adding either a Bluetooth or wired speaker as the TV sound didn’t quite get loud enough. We use a Bluetooth Bose speaker and it’s been great for movie nights! Even though it’s listed as an outdoor rated TV, I strongly recommend purchasing an outdoor cover or some way to protect it in bad weather. After six months we had an issue with our first TV. They responded to our email within twenty four hours helping us solve the problem. I highly recommend this TV not only for the quality picture but for this companies exceptional customer service!! Not worth it
Somewhat decent picture. But if you’re going to build an outdoor tv make the controller Bluetooth because this one SUCKS in the sunlit outdoors. You might as well use the the controls on the tv it’s self except they don’t control everything. SO you have to put the controller 3 inches away from the receiver slot. Very disappointed for this kind of money. The sound is bad too so you’ll need to buy a decent soundbar. They spent all their money sealing the screen.Update- Customer service is pretty good. Sent me a new controller so Bluetooth will work except for power on and off.

This TV is fantastic. Works very well in the sun. As an Android TV I get all my service subscription on it such as Netflix, Prime, Disney…etc. I highly recommend this TV if you are looking for an outdoor TV. Our remote blew away in a windstorm and SYLVOX replaced it. Thanks you very much SYLVOX
