Takes me back to Florida, and it’s so comfortable!
In the mid 2000’s I lived in central Florida for a while. I loved all the pastel colored houses there. Now, I’m back in the Midwest, and when I saw this hat in aqua blue, it made me think of warmer days and gentle breezes in Avon Park, Florida. I just had to get it.Yes, it’s a good looking hat, but it has several other things I like about it. It’s extremely comfortable. The fabric on top is thin, but it’s also silky. I don’t know if I’ve worn a cap as comfortable as this one.The size is adjustable with the hook and loop closure and elastic adjustment strap. Not only do you get UPF-50 protection from the sun, but it’s water resistant, and dries quickly when wet.Of course, I had to bend the flexible brim, a ritual I do to all of my baseball style caps.It’s so light weight, when it’s on my head I hardly know it’s there. This one’s a winner.

Appropriate for lots of different activities
This is a great hat for outdoor activities. I like the breathability, the UPF factor and the water resistance which are all necessary features for outdoor endeavors in the Pacific NW. I will use this for many different activities: hiking, golf, pickleball. I love the gray with the white contrast. I also love the low profile of the hat as it suits my face and head shape. The only negative I would point out is that the adjustment strap is very long so part of the velcro top layer overhangs significantly in the back of the hat. This is a common complaint for me. I wish the tightening strap was a little shorter so it didn’t flap around so much, but maybe some people need that extra length. Perhaps making different sizes would be helpful.

New favorite cap!
New favorite cap! Needed something I could wear to the gym & for gardening that I could pull my ponytail through. This hat is awesome! Fits really well with standard adjustable velcro strap in back. I actually trimmed some of the excess strap off once I got the hat fitted as I like, can’t tell at all! Bill is not super long or large but still plenty of protection. Best feature: this hat is super lightweight and cool! Vented sides keep my head from getting too hot. Sides fit nicely as well, this is important for an eyeglasses wearer. So far this hat checks all my boxes: fits great, stays cool, doesn’t look bulky. Perfect!

Lightweight and easy to carry
This is a very lightweight hat (2 oz) that is easy to pack. You can fold or roll it up without any issue. The basic material is light and the there are vented areas on both sides that are even lighter. It fits snug with no wasted area. The material soft and smooth to the touch. The brim is a little ridge to hold it in place and give good coverage though on the slimmer side. I have a thin face so it works great for me, if you have a wide face you might want something with a wider brim.It is quick and infinitely adjustable. Easy to put it on and adjust it in place. I like the style and, in my case, the two-tone coloring. Every part seems quality made.Overall, an excellent lightweight hat that gives you good protection in a very transportable package.

Runs Shallow
This hat sits too high on the head for my liking, leaving a noticeable gap between the top of my ears and the bottom edge of the cap. The crown is shallow, which limits overall coverage. The bill is also on the shorter side and doesn’t provide as much sun protection as I prefer. On the positive side, the adjustable band gives it a clean, fitted look.

Good quality quick dry hat
Very well constructed semi lightweight hat for all outdoor activities. The construction material is soft and quick drying. The semi lightweight nature of the material and the construction allow for folding the hat up except for the bill which is rigid to place in a small pouch of a backpack or purse when you don’t want or need to wear it. The hat is available in various colors with an adjustable velcro strap in the back for size adjustment. The price maybe slightly high but does have a quality build that has shown no degradation over various times of use.

Keeper!
I really like this cap! The olive color is unique, the side vents are great and the fit is spot on for me. I have a smaller head and this cap is shallow enough that it doesn’t consume my whole head and ears. It feels good on, it’s light weight and it should dry very quickly. The adjustable back strap is flexible and is easy to adjust quickly. The hole above the strap is plenty big for my ponytail and the bill of the hat is black to reduce glare. Overall, I’d recommend this hat and would consider ordering another color!

Great for hot weather
Wore it for 5 hours in a hot, 90 degrees weather while playing a round of golf. The cap is lightweight, the materials are thin, and the mesh seemed to help in airflow. I was comfortable throughout the round. Especially appreciated the black fabric on inside of the bill that decreases light reflection.The bill is rigid enough to be shaped accordingly. I wish the hemmed edge was narrower but not a dealbreaker. The rest of the hat is soft and will conform to any form.The Velcro enclosure is versatile, had no issues securing the cap. All-in-all, a good product at a good price.
