Used these for a Mardi Gras parade we were in. Loved how the hood had a drawstring so we could tighten it around our face and it stayed put. Kept my body dry, and it rained the entire parade. The only part that was wet was my calf down to my feet which was not covered by the rain coat. It was a great purchase and I already dried them out and have them packed for next year!
