I like everything about this hat except the size, it runs small for an adult. The hat arrived in a flat box about an inch high. It was folded flat. Upon unboxing the hat shaped up nicely. The hat is very well made, the material and brim provides great coverage to block the sun. The cinch strap clips to built in loops such that it can be removed. I just wish it fit better. I can put it on, but it is too tight to be comfortable. This would be a great hat for a child over very small headed adult.

What’s the point of spending 20 bucks on hat that is only fit for yard work? Thanks to way it was FOLDED, and cramed into a rectangle box thinner than an inch, this hat is RUINED. RUINED!The hat is average in quality and fit. It would be okay, except I can’t get all the folds out. You can’t tell me they didn’t know this would be an issue.I WILL NOT buy anything else from this company.

Color matched the photos, material feels sturdy but soft, and, this part’s huge for me, it actually fit my petite head. I’m 5’2″, and most hats either make me look like I’m playing dress-up. Not this one. It nailed the fit.Now the heartbreak: it comes folded in a box, and the front brim got super creased. I tried everything short of sending it to a hat spa, steaming, reshaping, giving it time, and after a full month, it still looked lopsided. Definitely doesn’t resemble a classic Panama hat anymore. More like “vacation hat that got sat on by a suitcase.”If they shipped it flat or rolled it better, this would’ve been five stars. But with the fold damage, I’m bummed. Great hat for small heads, just beware of its origami arrival.
