Great PC
I’ve had this laptop for quite a while now and I have not had any issues with it. I love the quality of the video playback and the quickness of the startup. It makes things easier to operate as it prompts you when you do something new on it. The screen size is perfect for me and it’s easier to carry around as it is lightweight

Trouble with this product.
Started up fine. It wanted updates. Then it went blank screen. Nothing worked after that . Never got a screen back. Tried everything. No help from hp support either. I will stay away from this product.
