Great carabiner, smooth action, easy and quick to use.
I’m using this to construct a quick disconnect on a coyote collarum canine trap (live catch collar trap, safe for the animal), as being able to disconnect the main cable from the ground spike will allow me to easily and much more quickly remove the coyote from the trap with less stress for the both of us, Wiley and myself.The threaded security coupler really increases the strength of the carabiner and helps to insure that no how much stress is placed on the carabiner, it’s going to remain strong and secure.The threaded collar is also very smooth and machined nicely. This allows me to reach down with one hand and unscrew the collar and then remove the lead from the ground spike while my other hand holds the catch pole, keeping the animal safe.I did’t want to risk using a low quality carabiner and I needed something which can be exposed to dirt and weather.Great product, will be purchasing more in the future.

Sturdy, Works as advertised
I haven’t tested out its weight rating function yet, but it has easily held multiple lens bags and other carabiners so far. I can’t imagine I’ve thrown more than a few pounds at it thus far though. My main draw aside from its attractive and sweet design is its opening length which is what I needed to put lens bags and other photo accessories through it. Working great so far, not sure what the silver rings they show with it are.

Lock it in place
Heavy duty, easy to lock in place. We use them for our keys. They might be a little heavy-duty for keys, but they’re lightweight, and we like the locking and place element since we have Apple airbags on them. Great design and size.

Perfect replacement for dog leash clip
I bought this to replace the clip on my dogs leashes. Honestly perfect in almost every way. My dogs are very athletic and strong despite how small they are. They love pulling me around on walk, everyone comments how weirdly muscular they look compared to their sisters. They are also reactive jerks, they got that from their mom. It doesn’t matter if it’s a person or a dog, if they’re on a bike, they will pull and bark. One’s gotten better at not reacting and the other, well he almost broke his leash clip. I needed something stronger for him. The leashes with a carabiner clips out on the market didn’t look very sturdy or lacked a locking mechanism, or the few that did they were ridiculously expensive for a single leash.This carabiner had good reviews, so I tried it out. It was a bit bigger than i expected even after seeing pictures. But it’s very sturdy and the locking mechanism has not failed me yet. It’s very easy to open & close, just twist it. Once it’s in the right position it stays there. It is light weight for me, my dogs have never complained about it even though it is heavier than the usual dog clip they used before. I’ve only been using mine for about half a year maybe more, so the black coating is wearing off in some places especially where it gets constant friction but that expected. Overall it’s been in good condition and has kept my dog from breaking away from his leash.

I really like the utility of a carabiner and I’ve always been going through the cheap dollar store ones pretty often, so I was pretty happy when I found this. It looks and feels rugged and up to the task, I use it to carry groceries sometimes, clipping bags to other bags, basically to make it easier to carry stuff and oh boy am I glad I bought two! Excellent quality, zero complaints, I wish I didn’t lose one of the keyrings though. Highly recommended product!
