Love!
I love this mini! I have a 1tb Sd card in it for storage. The only thing is that the battery drains fairly quickly and I need to keep it plugged in because the battery seems to take several hours to charge. FYI: there is no web cam. And the quality of the screen is not as fancy as larger screens but I love this and use it all the time!

Failed within two months
Product was decent when it worked, problem is it failed within two months. The seller treated me like dirt, accused me of renting a device when I actually wanted it purchased for much longer time. They were slow to respond, and then Amazon got involved. When Amazon resolve the case to my satisfaction, they lashed out at me accusing me of renting their equipment. They’re not Rent-A-Center, don’t even accuser advertise that you’re renting a product.So if you’re happy with renting a product, and having it fail on you. This might be OK, but that was not my point. I was intending to purchase the product for a standard purchase. Long-term usability. Reliability.

I actually love everything about this mini computer. Easy to carry, lightweight. Versatile functionality, great for a field tech, I use it to capture switch and router configurations. No lugging a large laptop to various job sites.

Battery heats Up – But I just found the Fan Button!
Laptop friendly for me after figuring out where everything was which took about ten minutes.Battery charges quickly using the cord it came. Battery does heat up but I just found the fan button. I haven’t used it without it being plugged in yet.

Pocket-sized, full-featured Windows 10 laptop; yep.It is too small to touch type, the processor is underpowered but that’s not really the point; it’s teeny tiny and it does everything, love it!

Effectively useless, due to GPD’s battery mistake
Turns out, if the battery is completely drained, there is no way to recharge the battery. GPD has acknowledged as much. I figured it was pointless to get a new battery, as the same problem would likely happen again. And the idea of keeping this portable device plugged in. Forget it. What a waste of money!
