First Impression, Worth ever dollor spent!!!
I read many of the reviews and almost got discouraged but I compared across many other options from other’s… From a buyer with an open mind, a slightly older model and lightly used. Is just fine for me, Screen is unflawed, response time in data read & write good enough. I’m just a basic user: pay bills, web suffer, prime & youtube watcher with some FaceTime with my child. This beginning is excellent 👌!!! It was dead on arrival but charged in no time too 100% with little ease and updated to new OS over my Hotspot with no issues… Cord was included with charging brick and all seem to be working just fine, I did check brick continuously while it was charging to make certain things weren’t getting excessively hot. Other spectators might be bothered by scratch and scrapes but the system I was sent is just fine by my standards & “I’m HAPPY 😊” ☆☆☆☆☆

Defective battery. Has been EXTREMELY frustrating trying to get my refund.
I was in the market for a MacBook and based on the reviews I had seen here, figured I could save some money by getting a renewed one. The laptop arrived and ran decently well, but it was immediately apparent that the battery was no good. It would get very hot, and die in just over an hour if I was actively using it. I thought maybe I could get by if I lowered the brightness, ran few applications, etc. The battery was still dying way too quick so I decided to return.When I returned my refund was $500 dollars short. The seller apparently charged a $500 dollar restocking fee without informing me, because the return was past 30 days – despite this product explicitly being backed by the 90-day Amazon Renewed Guarantee.It has now been over three weeks since I returned the item. In that time I have spoke to five different Amazon customer service representatives over phone, email, and chat. Each time I have been assured that I will have a response in 48 hours, and when I call to check I am told no claim was filed. This experience has been beyond frustrating and I would stay away from this seller and Amazon Renewed.

High quality and shipped fast only issues that kinda suck is the battery dies super fast and if not plugged in will literally crash while on 50% battery. Cosmetically is fairly good some minor scratches and a dent on the back I’m hoping to replace the battery it’s too bad buying a 420$ laptop and then needing a 250$ repair almost immediately

i was low key skeptical about buying this cause of the bad reviews, but mine is literally perfect. it has like 2 small scratches but who cares? not me. every works good, good battery life, especially for the price. so i say get it. and the touchbar works great

Product in good quality as per vendors description.Had install the latest OS as requested on purchase, so much appreciated!.I had forgotten to mention that I require an Aus charger not an US charger. My fault and not vendor. Just mention here to remind international buyer and vendor alike of this little detail.

Very disappointed. Product simply not turn on or show any sign of life. There was no paper work with the product connecting it to the supplier so no one could be contacted to ask advice. I simply had to return the product.
