Very happy customer.
My old computer was 12 yrs. old and I waited to the last minute to change from Windows 7 to Win 10. Did enough research to know what I wanted in my new setup and I am glad I got this Dell. I am not a “heavy” user but needed something more than a basic 3-4 hundred $ machine and I am very happy so far with this. The solid state HD runs Win 10 lighting fast. 2-4 second loads on most everything. So quiet I have to look at the little light in front just to see if it is on. I had replaced everything in my old one except the motherboard and cpu over the years and wanted a tower again so I can do the same with this. The company that sold me this were very helpful in straightening out a minor problem that was Amazons fault.

Great computer
Does exactly what I need it to do. So far it has been worth every penny.

EA Tech – false advertising
The Dell Inspiron 3670 computer was to be modified by EA Tech and a 128 GB SSD added along with the OEM 1 TB harddrive per the Amazon listing. Computer did NOT have the SSD harddrive. Amazon unable to help. Phone number for EA Tech goes immediately to a non-working voice mail. Company info says it is out of Texas but the address is for a house and no contact info given. An obvious “shell” company. I would NOT do business with them.

Fast and Quiet
Awesome small computer that works great for everyday use! I’m not a gamer and I haven’t used Tech support, so I can’t speak on those topics yet. However, I pulled up some movies on it and fell in love! Great speed and very quiet. The DVD is kind of cheaply made and probably needed to have at least 2 more 3.0 USB ports but other than that, I highly recommend this computer and would buy again from this seller! So far so good…will update this post in the future.

Good value for money, but it does take the ocassional nap.
Not a gamer! From time to time it just stopspaying attention for a few seconds ~ mouse goes away, no response or buffering, it’s just napping. For office and graphix work that’s mildly anoying, and made up for by the unit’s normal speed, which is f-a-a-a-s-t! Wort the money. Amazing what $550 buys in 2019…

Unpacked , connected and went to work
The deal included the 128 GB SDD hard drive (C:), in addition to the 1 TB HDD drive (D). With Windows and all my app programs on the faster C: and data on D: automatically, the boot up and program response is really fast. The tower takes up less space on my desk than my old tower. Everything loaded and ran painlessly.

Nice computer, when they got it fixed.
The computer they sent me didn’t boot.Update: Dell is sending me a box to return my computer that has never booted, claiming they will fix it. This was after 2 hours 33 minutes on the phone with them. (two separate calls) The time includes getting to a person, although those waits were very brief. The first person asked me to turn off the machine and then to push the power button for 15 seconds. I asked if I should turn it on first, and he said no. I followed directions. In both calls the people were polite and spoke excellent English, but there was a fan in the background, which sometimes made it hard to understand them.Second update: I now have a functioning computer. They sent me a box to send it in to them for service, which was supposed to contain tape to close it, although I didn’t find any. (I had some.) They had the wrong name on the return package, which I supposedly corrected when the email gave me the name, but it wasn’t corrected. It got to me anyway. This is not a review of the computer, but of the problems I had in getting a working computer. The computer itself seems to be fine. But my computer took twelve additional days to be usable.

Quick and Responsive PC
I like everything about this PC. Its quick and responsive. I think i did good picking this one out. Was so easy to set up too. Im going to be using this for years. I can already see that. And talk about service, it was here 1 day early , yeah even during these times when everything is moving slow. Not Stead!
