Excellent shape
For a refurbished laptop this is in excellent condition!! Hardly used except few minor dings on the corners but they’re so small and are coverable by a case. Overall, very well taken care of. Come with a screen protector and everything works great, no glitches or problems! Battery holds well!

Works like dream
After having it for about three months now I can honestly say that I’m very pleased with the performance of this laptop. It’s pretty quick, has no scratches and physically looks brand new. No major issues other then some apps can be updated but I can use them just fine. The battery isn’t the best, if I’m using for a long time like three hours for example, it’ll be almost dead and have to be charged. But other than that I highly recommend this laptop.

Mac seems to be ok, shows some light scratches on the front side. Works 100%. Problem is I payed for an i7 and I got an i5.

Within two months I started having hardware issues. The battery will randomly die regardless of whether the computer is on, closed, asleep, etc. It’s not consistent and is not a setting issue. The operating system is current. I’ve done the factory reset and it didn’t help. The local repair shop says it needs a new motherboard. This will be as expensive as the computer was. Hopefully, the Asurion protection plan I purchased will cover the cost of repair or replacement. Either way, this purchase was a mistake.

Great price, works great & love my touchbar!
I bought this specifically for the touchbar, and having used this for a few months now – it’s still holding up very well. Since I’ve gotten it, I’ve never had any issues and found that it is way more useful that I originally thought it would be. Incredible delivery time and packaging, I took a shot in the dark with this one and got a really great deal and product.
