Amazing buy
Computer I bought was refurbished, which is what I chose for. It was in excellent condition, enough for me to use for my schoolwork and business, it’s not quite the fastest laptop, but it gets the job done, the touchscreen also makes this so much better! It’s officially been more than 6 months with it, and if you take good care of it, it’ll last a long time, would recommend, the design is also very modern!

You get what you pay for, but they still lied
The chromebook works just fine and the specs are the same or better than advertised, but it is very clearly not a 2021 model. It is actually a Dell 11.6″ Chromebook 11 3189 from 2018, and I have no idea why thy lied about it, I still would have bought it. I just wanted a cheap Chromebook to watch videos on, with and HDMI port, and that’s what I got, but the deceit just really rubs me the wrong way. The condition of mine is pretty good but certainly not excellent. There is a small imperfection in the display, and the battery shows as 78% health. Both of which I would have expected to be fixed on a truly refurbished product. Additionally the laptop is no longer supported and will not receive updates from google any more, which is also pretty suspect considering its supposed to be 2021 model. Overall I got what I wanted, but I would recommend buying something different given the dishonesty of the description in terms of quality and the actual product.Update: The battery completely died within 3 weeks of purchase. I requested a replacement and they send me another one with 78% battery health out of the box, and it is a 2017!!! Even older than the last one.

Product turned on and was good enough for my kids games i bought two. Buuut lol in less than a week both batteries went out. Understable with refurbished im sure they buy these buy the bus loads from schools. So FYI if you buy this item make sure to buy a seperate battery. Other than the battery its a 5 star deal. But battery im giving it a 4 lol.

great starter Chromebook
Arrived fully charged (which I didn’t expect), packed in a tightly fitting air-filled pouch. It had the included thumb drive, a charger and instructions from the vendor on how to return if necessary, and how to leave product reviews. There were no instructions, or a manual, which was no surprise, this being a refurb. I purchased this as an inexpensive upgrade for an old Android tablet that was too small for my needs; not enough room to keep the stuff I want. The tablet took about an hour to get all the stuff I wanted loaded on it, and it seems to be working great so far. Setup was simple, and being fully charged on arrival helped with lessening the feeling of time crunch. You know: the feeling the app won’t load before you run out of battery. There was none of that. My earbuds paired and connected with no drama, and it’s great having an integral keyboard instead of a Bluetooth one. Both touchscreen and touchpad cursor control are available, for whatever floats your boat. I personally suffer from fat finger syndrome, and use a mouse a lot, and that works too.I don’t know why this was refurbished, as I have not found a reason to think it hasn’t always been in good shape. It’s working great for me so far, and the only malfunctions have been my own fault, mostly the above fat-finger comment. It’s worth the money, and if you don’t HAVE to have the “latest and greatest” this will work just fine.

Way To Fail
Bought this as a decent backup computer to travel with a nd run my business. On arrival I charged the device fully and powered it on. I noticed food residue on the device and wiped it down fully with Clorox wipes. The fun didn’t stop there, the case was damaged and had loose screws in the back of the device. No biggie I can tighten those up and get to work. I logged into the wifi in my vehicle and tried to connect. This was a child’s tablet from some school. Once past the main wifi and update screens it asked for a password to a school I’ve never heard about. I tried to reset/power wash the systemNo go. I called support, they wanted to initiate a return instantly. I said let’s try to fix it. Still no go so now I have a 70 Dollar brick and I still can’t send emails on the go like I wanted to. As a claims adjuster this would be nice to have on the go, so I don’t have to bring my 17 inch out on the road for any kind of potential damage. But someone dropped the ball on this one. Not only was it not reset I don’t even think it went through an inspection for it to be in the excellent section of this website. Sorry but this is a fail in terms of use. Let’s see what the next one has to offer before I say forget it and get a refund.

The charger broke only after a few uses, I made a complaint and they immediately sent a new one. Definitely worth the money and the computer works perfectly

Son productos usados. En pésimas condiciones y obsoletos ya que la última posee una versión de software que no se permite actualizar por lo tanto ni las mismas aplicaciones de Google chrome son compatibles con esa versión del sistema operativo.Y bueno, sin mencionar que tenía rastros de comida y estaba roto. Para cubrir los daños a la carcaza, le pegaron una calcomanía de vinil (terriblemente mal pegada).Disculpen pero hay una gran diferencia entre in producto usado y reacondicionado. Esto no es más que un producto usado en mal estado e inservible.
