Perfect for my car!
I really like using this for my car to sort of create my own radio station by uploading my own music. The upload speed isn’t super fast, but it’s perfect for the vehicle. The size is so small and hidden. Works so well and the build is simplistic. Very easy to use!

Good price for right-size storage
Audio player wants max size 32 Gb memory, so these fit perfectly. Ultra-small size takes up little storage room. Slight downside was that they seemed not to flow data very fast during writing, but it is a good trade-off for the very reasonable price for 5 units. 32 Gb each yield very usable storage for audiobooks and music for my audio player.

One failed after a year
I’ve b3een happy with these, especially at the price. I did have one fail after a year. It had never been unplugged after filling it with music and plugging it into the car but one day the car couldn’t read it. Pulled it and tried it in the computer and the key is dead. So put in the spare now.

Not sure of any speeds people may need these to perform at, but I know they work for what I want.They will let me copy MP3’s on to them and lets me play music through my truck stereo, and for a little over $6.00 a piece that’s all I ask of them. They perform fine.

Just what was needed – very small 32GB Flash Drives
Needed small flash drives for music in the car. Standard drives stuck out and were easily damaged or displaced.These drives are perfect for applications were small size is needed.Speed is listed as USB2 but these are faster than other drives rated as USB2.Only wish they were available in multi-colors to more easily select the one needed. These are too small for any labels.You could put a numerical sticker or very small label on them but colors would be easier.

Both units failed after only a few weeks of use.
I purchased a two-pack of these units, and quickly reformatted as necessary and set it up for my car audio. It was operational for about a month, then the head unit started freaking out. I pulled it, and tried to put it back into the computer to see what’s going on, and it wouldn’t acknowledge the usb drive. I ended up using the second one (which took forever to load, definitely NOT USB 3.0 speeds) and had to throw the first one away. I couldn’t even get the computer to acknowledge it, even in disk manager.These are inexpensive, but it appears you do get what you pay for. I’m not sorry for the purchase, but definitely don’t use them for anything valuable, and regular read/writes definitely shorten their lifespan.I had a pair of blue 32Gb units. YMMV on the other selections.Update 7/22/2024: The other unit also died in about the same timeframe in the same way. Both were junk. Would definitely NOT recommend. Two for two, dead in 3-6 months of LIGHT operation. They were sitting in the car (not in the sun, vehicle usually garaged or covered) for use as a music source. Just bought another Verbatim, which I’ve had in my other car for > 3 years without issue.

Nice compact USB flash drives
These work fine and I like the small size – in the way that I use them, a larger sized drive – the typical ones that are 2 or 2.5 inches long – would be at danger of getting hit, either damaging the drive connector or worse yet, the port on the computer. These are very short and not at risk of that at all.
