I give “we are Marshall” a 10 what a great movie to honor all who died. I cried but who wouldn’t? My least favorite was: “Any Given Sunday” the F word is so boring and I love Al Pacino I can’t enjoy the movie b/c of the swearing. I am not prude by any means but I feel that if a movie does not enrich or entertain me, why would I watch it?! Enjoyed the others but the best is: We are Marshall. Enjoyed: The Replacement and Wildcats was cute, I love Goldie

Great sports stories!
This story is one that should be shared by fathers and sons because Mathew McConaghey (sp?) did an outstanding job of portraying the coach and the real character of that coach and his messages to players, fellow coaches, and administrators is both admirable and courageous. Sometimes playing sports truly is not all about winning.Al Pacino’s performance was very good and his half time speech one of the best you will ever hear.

We Are Marshall is a great movie
I bought this DVD for the movie We Are Marshall. I really like this movie. It was a well done and well acted portrayal of a very tragic situation. The way the town came together to heal each other and continue on is very inspiring.

Ridiculous that you sell movies without saying there regionally coded. I bought 5 movies and not 1 worked. Really disappointing. I won’t be purchasing anything from amazon again. Another movie I’ve bought still says it is in transit & I received it over 2 weeks ago. That DVD also doesn’t work

Bought this collection primarily for Any Given Sunday, as well as We Are Marshall, and both are great films especially Any Given Sunday, but I also enjoyed The Replacements as well. Wildcats is a film I saw many years ago, and it is also good entertainment, but not on the level of the other films. The collection is well worth it though.

I desperately wanted to see The replacements again, easily the weakest movie in this set. It was cheaper to buy the box set then the single disc, and each movie came on it’s own single disc, so why not get three free movies. Forgot just how great Wildcats was, and We are Marshall is also an excellent film. I own a really nice version of Any Given Sunday, but watched it from this set as well, can watch that movie every year quite happily.

J’ai acheté ce coffret pour avoir Any Given Sunday en français. Malheureusement, il ne l’est pas, même si c’est indiqué au dos qu’ils sont tous en français. Mais pour le prix à ce moment là, We Are Marshall et The Replacements sont quand même bien.

I usually don’t watch sports movies but I decided to give this set a try and I’m glad I did. I thoroughly enjoyed each of the four movies. Major stars plus good scripts equals terrific movies. This set of 4 movies was a real bargain!
