Great value for the money
Arrived on time and works like new right of the box, and I was able to upgrade OS to most recent OS from last year, seller also packed it really well.

I am description was incomplete.
Nowhere in the item description was warning to indicate that the system was not capable of being upgraded or updated to the new Safari search engine are the Google search engine. This was disappointing and anything being sold through Amazon.

Great value for the price
Got two of these for business use. Both came in very good condition and perform as expected. One of them came with an actual Apple Magic mouse and keyboard, the other came with 3rd party mouse and keyboard but I’m still happy. No known problems when my team used these, and I personally used one of them at home during the last couple months and had no complaints. About to buy a 3rd!

Seems to work fine but…
This came with an extremely small keyboard. Too small. I will have to buy a different one. Never saw a keyboard like this. For this price for a re-newed computer, one would expect better.

Refurbished but Fantastic!
I have been waiting awhile to upgrade from MacMini to the IMac. Wish I could have done it sooner, but all Mac users know it’s not inexpensive. Having said that, it is worth waiting for and worth the money. I bought a refurbished one and there is nothing negative that stands out. Like all Macs, you plug it in and you’re pretty much ready to go. I use my Mac for everyday stuff but I also use it for making videos so need a lot of memory. Even though this computer is several years old and refurbished, I could not be more pleased with its super fast processing and amazing 27” screen which is so incredible you feel like you could jump in! This computer came with an apple mouse which I connect thru the included keyboard. It was also very well packed. I have all my files backed up just in case but fingers crossed this IMac continues to be my workhorse till I’m ready for another!

Can’t set it up
The non Apple mouse and keyboard aren’t pairing with the machine, so there is no way to set up the computer. Ain’t that special.Looks like it could otherwise be in good working order. But who knows.

had a bad power cord and mouse. tried to get replacements but only option offered was to return the entire thing. I had to buy new ones. bad deal.
