Amazing Purchase, Super Happy!
Very grateful for our MacBook pro. My brother uses it for college, and it’s been perfect so far. It came in great condition. They even included a skin and charger, which was a nice surprise. No complaints at all. This was his first MacBook, and honestly, it makes me a little jealous sometimes because I’ve only ever had the M1 Air. Thanks for selling us such a top-notch, tough computer. Highly recommend.

Product stopped working after 6 months
I purchased this 6 months ago and it was refurbished but it just stopped working out of no where. Very disappointed. I take care of my products and this wasn’t from dropping or an external issue.

Excellent “Like New” computer
This computer arrived quickly, packaged in a simple cardboard box. It didn’t come with any accessories except a charger, but it otherwise appears brand new. It came with no charge on the battery, but fired up really quickly almost immediately after plugging it in. The first thing I did after initial set up was download and install the latest iOS which it runs flawlessly. The battery doesn’t last as long as I would like, but otherwise I couldn’t be happier with my new (to me) MacBook Pro for a fraction of the price.

one issue
the item works great . the issue is when the unit was restored the key pad was fitted with 5 keys on the key pad that are difficult to see . the keys on this keyboard light up . unfortunately the keys that were replaced are not the same kind of keys ( not the light up kind

Compré la Macbook pro con algunas dudas por algunos comentarios de otros clientes de Amazon, sin embargo la computadora esta excelente, no tiene ningún problema o falla y se ve hermosa. Quizás me toco la suerte de que fuera un equipo muy bien cuidado, el único detalle que noté fue en el touchbar el cual muestro en la última foto, no prende la última esquinita, pero de ahí en fuera la computadora esta impecable. 10/10 relación costo beneficio. Eso sí, venía con más de 1000 ciclos de carga, pero la batería me dura bastante.

A mi parecer el producto vienen en excelente condición, con 90 ciclos de carga y ningún detalle estético aparente, la verdad el equipo parece nuevo. El único detalle cómo lo han dicho varios es que el cargador genérico muchas veces no la carga bien así que le compre otro y ya con eso quedo. Espero siga todo bien después de usarla mas tiempo ampliaré mi reseña. Por ahora recomiendo el producto y al vendedor.

La computadora ha funcionado bien, la compré a muy buen precio. Pero desde que se abrió presenta un punto de color en la pantalla obscures cuando esta encendiendo, ahí está siempre que se enciende. Hasta ahora no ha traído problema, espero que no lo haga

La verdad no esperaba que al ser reacondicionada estuviera en tan buenas condiciones, soy ingeniero en sistemas computacionales y la verdad es que todo está impecable, sólo tiene 221 ciclos de carga que está más que excelente y todos sus componentes funcionan a la perfección, la compra de mi vida!

Venía con muy pocos detalles estéticos, y en cuanto a procesamiento y rendimiento es un muy bien producto , solo que al tercer día de uso el touch bar empezó a fallar y dejos de funcionar
