Was good now it’s not
It was working great when I bought it and until now. I even used it last night. Haven’t done anything different. I try to go on this morning and it won’t stay on it’ll keep turning on and off even fully charged. Value for money? If it actually worked then yes up until now it was great so only 2 stars but over all I’d have to only give 1 star

Terrible presentación y estado
Hola el producto esta en muy malas condiciones, esta todo rayado, la pantalla como despegada, le falta el logo de Mac book pro en la pantalla, esta absolutamente sucia y llena de tierra en sus conectores, la batería no dura más de 2 horas, la pantalla tiene como puntitos. Yo compre un producto de perfectas condiciones y esto está muy lejos de eso. Quiero una devolución parcial de mi dinero ya que esto no es producto como nuevo, es un producto muy desatendido

Everything as Advertised
I received my MacBook very quickly. This was my first time purchasing a computer online.. Laptop was in excellent condition. No visual defects battery charged, I was able to start it right up.. Setup was easy. No complaints at all. Just as advertised.

Great product but not as advertised! Beware!
I purchased the MacBook Pro as a renewed unit in “excellent” condition. Cosmetically it was perfect but after three or four days of use it became apparent the battery was shot. An alert also popped up stating the battery needs to be serviced. Amazon does not have any options to help and pushed me directly to Apple support who quoted $250 to replace the battery! The MacBook was not “renewed” or in “excellent” condition as evidenced by the bad battery. This does not seem fair or right! What can I do other than return it?

Was disappointed in the condition of the case.when the seller stated it was NEW..
said condition new. As you can see the case was dented and scratched up the keyboard was full of dirt and dust. Other than that the computer worked fine was disappointed of the condition of the outside of the computer they could have cleaned it up a bit other than that at this time no problems

Buyer Beware: Unusable Display!
I was really excited to get my hands on this computer because it was a very good value for the money. However, when the package arrived, the computer had a glitched-out display that made it impossible to use. I don’t know how this got past testing because it is a blatant flaw with the product. Anyway, know that by buying a computer from this seller, you could get a faulty one as I did.

I was very disappointed that the 16GB RAM 512SSD MacBook 2015 I received was not 16GB, but 8GB instead. I was hoping to “future proof” my purchase by getting as much RAM as I could, since it cannot be upgraded. Be sure to check the internal specs if you buy! Otherwise, the MacBook was in excellent condition (with only one tiny ding at the back), clean, all other specs as advertised, MacOS Sierra installed, and only 51 cycles on the battery. Surfing, streaming and downloading is nice and snappy, plus the battery has been awesome, lasting roughly 12 hours use. Regardless, my first thought was to return it, but GainSaver graciously agreed to refund $200 (the market price of an Apple RAM upgrade). I would have rated both machine and its seller 5 stars each, if I was sent the computer I ordered and really wanted.
