Amazing
I was looking for a laptop for school but did not have enough money for a brand new one. I got this laptop in good condition just a few scratches other than that the performance is good. The battery life is amazing for the value I paid for it highly recommended.

DONT BUY THIS ITEM IT IS DEFFECTIVE AND DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY
Upon buying the product it worked okay, but you could tell something was wrong with the backlit keyboard and the battery charge. I let it go and used it for what I needed. Sometimes it would just shut off and take a while to turn back on. I then started to notice the charging on it wasn’t working at all with other chargers and it would take forever to notice it was on charge. the battery would go quickly like 20 mins of normal use and it would be it when it says it should last over 8+ hours.When messaging the seller multiple times, you could tell they didn’t give a crap about their customers just about getting their money. DON’T BUY THIS AND DO YOUR RESEARCH AND MAKE SURE YOU GET SOME PROTECTION AS THE SELLER IS ALREADY TRYING TO SCAM YOU WITH A DEFFECTIVE COMPUTER!!JUST BE CAREFUL!!!!!

Battery doesn’t last long
The battery life is not good. I thought MacBooks batteries were supposed to be good. The battery doesn’t last long at all. Maybe it’s an issue because this is a refurbished computer, not sure. I will be returning this and just spend the money for a new one.

Battery issue but excellent customer service
We have multiple mac computers in the household but needed to buy one more for my younger son to take to college. Chose this model b/c we had a good experience with it. It was our first time buying used, refurbished, but decided to give it a try since the seller had excellent reviews. Unfortunately, the battery did not last long enough and we contacted the seller. They replied right away offering an exchange or free return. Although we decided to return it (ended up buying a brand new macbook air 2024 instead), the seller was very helpful and super professional throughout the process despite the fact we encountered some issues. If we have to buy an used macbook in the future, I would def. choose this seller. I feel confident that they would make it right.

Keyboard is Horrible
The cosmetic imperfections were not bad at all on this computer. My reason for returning is the keyboard is the keys are sticky. Some keys barely work. Some are over active and type multiple keystrokes. It’s impossible to type correctly. Came as a year 2016.
