Customer service is hard to beat
The rim came bent and the flimsy plastic backboard fell off last month and that was after we added zip ties to hold it in place. The net is also cheap and didn’t last long either. We bought it in April of 2024 so it hasn’t even lasted a year. I would not recommend!Update: The company has shown great customer service throughout this process. We now have an updated backboard and new Tim, and now the kids are enjoying shooting baskets in the backyard again. For the price, it’s a nice product.

Not very durable
UPDATE: The seller immediately reached out and sent me a replacement backboard free of charge. While I wasn’t happy with the durability, customer service goes a long way in my book. A company that stands behind their product like this deserves some love.The hoop itself is decent. Assembly wasn’t a huge ordeal. My son loves going outside and shooting hoops with his friends. The downside is the backboard developed a crack in it. We’ve continued using it and the plexiglass is completely falling apart at this point. Can’t seem to find anywhere to order a replacement for this unit unfortunately.TLDR: good for the price but don’t expect much longevity out of it.Update tldr: seller replaced damaged items free of charge. I’m happy.

This is by far the best hoop we’ve owned. It’s easy to assemble, incredibly sturdy, and the adjustable height makes it perfect for players of all ages.

This is a mediocre basketball hoop at an affordable price.
For a casual basketball hoop for young kids, this is a decent product. It came with extra bolts for assembly. Assembly was mildly difficult (I needed an extra pair of hands to hold and steady it at times), and it was very unclear just how much I should tighten the springs under the hoop. The backboard is flimsy, and the rim height is not easily adjustable. It requires tipping the hoop over and removing bolts. The base can be filled with either water or sand. They recommend water if you plan on moving it a lot because it is easier to remove. Again, it’s a really affordable hoop, so as long as your expectations are low, it will be fine. If you are expecting a high quality, easily adjustable hoop, you will probably need to spend more money.

I bought this basketball hoop and I’m really satisfied. It’s adjustable to 10ft, so my 7 year old can play. The shatterproof backboard holds up well. The big base keeps it steady, and it’s easy to move around, both indoors and outdoors. Great product!
