Works surprisingly well!
I am 40+ with knees of an 80 year old according to my orthopedic surgeon. I use these bands when I work out and they are amazing. They make my knees feel more stable. The cushion in them is great as well. They do not slide down my legs, they stay in place. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and efficiency of them

These work! Comfortable to wear
They help reduce the pain of my aching legs below the knee cap. My only negative is I wish they were a little wider to cover more of the painful area (from top to bottom, not from end to end). They are easy to put in place and stay put, no constant tugging to pull them back up like so many elastic-style sleeve wraps do.

Help when my knees hurt
I do like these better than a full knee brace. They provide enough support so that I can exercise comfortably. They are easy to put on and they fit really well. They also stay in place without being too tight.

Work well & Comfortable Too
I am an aging ex tennis player that has recently picked the sport up again recreationally as well as pickleball. Maybe getting back into it a little too fast has caused some issues physically, including my knees (feet & elbow too ha).After a month or so of playing 3/4 times a week I felt a slight pop then a slight crunch underneath the lower part of my left knee cap. Might be bone fragments floating or could just be bone on bone rubbing from the patella moving which happens as joints age. I’m not one to go to doctors unless absolutely necessary and didn’t want to for this as I suspected what the issue was.As a result I looked to see if there was something that could be done to help. Saw this type of band was popular among athletes, from runners to tennis players. this is supposed to keep the knee cap from sliding down too far apparently. I gave it a try and the first time out was pleased.I was worried about comfort. Sometimes these types of braces with velcro fastenings are not comfortable and can dig into skin etc. Not the case. This is very comfortable to wear. The band is soft and I wore it for an hour playing pickleball and really didn’t even notice it. I wore it on both knees even though my left knee was the one with the issues. I did, however, feel a little tweak on the right as well.I also was worried about the band slipping and not staying put. Not the case. This stays in place very well. I retightened it once during a water break but it wasn’t really necessary. I use the large straps that come with these bands and they are a little long, however they attach well as there is plenty of velcro material to fasten too. Between the large and small straps, this should fit all sizes of knees.Overall, I am pleased with this band, Good value for ten bucks. Comfortable, and works to keep the kneecap in place.edit: this is still a great product, however, I needed to step up to full knee braces. Had too much after playing swelling and discomfort. Getting old is not for the weak…

Good not great
The item fits well and appears to help stabilize the knee. It helped to minimize the pain a small degree but didn’t stop the pain completely. My doctor wasn’t impressed with the design but stated that as long as it helped with the pain it was okay to continue to use. The Velcro quality was sufficient to guarantee a tight fit. The items came with extra Velcro straps.

Long time runner who is happy with this purchase
I’ve been using Cho-pat knee straps for probably 30 years. These straps are comfortable and work excellent. The package comes with two different sized straps. I wear a x-small cho-pat strap and these fit me perfectly with the smaller strap and it allows me to synch it as tight as I need for comfort. You can’t beat the price. I would recommend these straps.

Decent cheap solution to Keep your unstable knees properly aligned and happy
If you have any alignment or patella issues with you knees / kneecap this thing might really help with keeping it aligned right and not giving out or being a “trick knee” and keep you from inflaming it further once you are having a flare-up. it limits that lateral “give” which might make your knee worse . worth a try at this price. I like them. Another good thing is that they aren’t as bulky as the sleeve knee braces I always wore before for support at work, they could be hot in the summer and slip around. These stay in place and I think they’ll be cool in summer and they seem to put the pressure/support right where I need it and not where I don’t.

I read tons of reviews before buying this 2 pack of narrow knee supports…price wise there were cheaper and more expensive. Having tried the bulkier knee strap supports, which I wasn’t happy with, other purchasers suggested these had merit.Well I agree!As soon as I got these supports I strapped them on, walked and sat in them. Then tested them 20 mins on my rebounder – my right knee particularly gets stirred up with activity and I have to be careful it doesn’t ‘giveout’ rebounding.I was surprised how stable and ‘secure’ my knees felt. I didn’t strap on too tightly, and surprisingly they didn’t slide down at all, unlike the knee sleeve supports I’ve used .I noted plenty of scope to tighten the velcro strap if the bands stretch with wear.They come with 2 sets of straps, a shorter child size set.Feeling confident with these tiny but effective supports.I liked that the seller has a support email address too, I was ready to contact them. If they were rubbish, but glad I didn’t have to go down that path.They appear a high quality product, edges are neatly sewn and no scratchy Velcro from poor design ( did read that in other product reviews)Only thing, you don’t get a choice on colour as shown in the seller images. I got sent random black with red inner.If you’re indecisive about these, for the price and relief it may give you, I would suggest purchasing a set of these knee supports.
