Fantastic Soccer Ball by Champion!
Our annual holiday gift tag event at work just took place. I selected a ten-year-old boy who requested a soccer ball. Since not many people in my family play soccer, I decided to do some research on Amazon. I found a soccer ball with good reviews and attractive colors, I like the the blue stars as well so I purchased it. The ball arrived flat, so I inflated it, and it’s now ready to go. All that is left to do is wrap it. I’m sure the ten-year-old boy will love his gift!

You get what you pay for, feels like a low end ball and is either weirdly hard or under-pumped (no in between). As for durability, it hasn’t popped but hasn’t been in any risky situations yet anyways. Standard size 5 ball. Looks pretty average, nothing crazy but it does get stained easily.

When purchasing a soccer ball, there is one thing I look for–it is round. Well, this ball was round, but I also really wish that it would stay round for at least three months. This ball though was like my friend Xander’s relationships–ready to fall apart after only a few days.It was the beginning of soccer season, and my precious boy needed a new ball. He chose this cheap ball, which I enjoyed because it was cheap, but in the back of my head I thought “I hope this cheap ball can stay together.” I should listen to the back of my head more often. It was delivered on time, and we took it out and pumped it up. Already I could see a tiny piece of stitching sticking out. I thought, oh this just must be the end of the stitching. I pulled out my trusty fingernail clippers and made sure it was so tiny that it would not be a problem.It wasn’t. But . . . there would be another soon. I think my son kicked the ball around the basement a few times. In fact, he spent more time dribbling the ball as if it were a basketball since he just got done dominating his youth basketball league (the kid is next level; watch out Lebron). After two weeks of primarily being dribbled with his hands on CARPET, I take a look at this ball and one of the hexagons is already popping its stitching, a different one mind you. You have one job, make sure the ball can withstand some play for at least three months. It lasted two weeks.The good news is my son will never get good enough to become some stuck up soccer player who thinks he is god since he will not get much practice in with this sad ball.

Super Durable and Perfect Size
Bought this product for my 11 yr old to practice some kicks. We got a surprise stealth second player in the form of a 2 year old Setterdoodle who loves this ball more than any other toy he owns. We kick and he catches then walks around with it in his mouth.The ball has dozens or maybe hundreds of dog bites all over it and has retained the shape and integrity – no punctures or deflating. Best dog-and-boy ball I’ve ever seen.I do wish that it came with the correct size tire inflation needle. We could not manually blow it up and there was no needle provided so we couldn’t take it somewhere to inflate. Had to go find the right attachments before they could play.

Great initially, fails quick
Picked up this ball for my daughters first year of soccer. Initially, it worked great. Within 3 months (not heavily used) it stopped holding air. I put it in a bucket of water to see if a hole popped up and most seams have completely failed.If you need it for a short time, it should do the job. If you’re looking for longevity, look elsewhere.
